We workout late and have done it off and on for years, to avoid crowds. Yes lots of young people are on their phones, scrolling, looking at workouts (maybe), posting for sure! One young couple near the front window, seemed like they were having a date. Lots of touching, wrestling (I am not kidding!) the guy picking the girl up etc., followed by the guy removing his shirt and posing topless in front of the mirror. So much for rules. The girls at the counter were busy chatting and any other workers never see to go near these people. And yes, the 30 minute, yellow room, had various people just staying on one machine without moving. Unless you're going to go up (as another member) and ask them to move, AND clean the machine and reset it, you're not gonna bother. We are super flexible, so we just find equipment that is free, but the lack of any awareness of rules, or just gym etiquette, has to be a direct result of the employees not enforcing nay rules. Somethings have improved, but others have not. 4 stars for not having broken machines, cleanliness (we don't use the locker room, and almost never the bathrooms), and layout and available equipment. It's the people issues that seem constant.

I've learned so much already and we've only just begun the Program they offer which I of course immediately said "Sign Me Up!" to the Manager of the facility! My wife, Professional Interior Design and Color Specialist, asked me to also provide a Review in her behalf of her experience at YouFit Jacaranda. She has trained with David, a Professional Trainer with years of experience. You know when David is at the facility training one his many clients there. Just look for a guy with the YouFit Trainer T-shirt wearing very colorful 'tennis' shoes. Different brightly-colored tennis shoes each day! One of his distinguishing trademarks. My wife loved training with David and is looking towards getting into returning to the gym and signing up for more training with David. I know this is a rather lengthy Review but we believe that this YouFit Jacaranda location deserves 'more stars' Reviews providing more exposure for the excellent training being received by their Professional Trainers. I had a membership here for the past year. A few months after I began my membership, I lost my…read morewallet and needed to replace my credit card. After I got a replacement card, I went in to the gym to give them my new payment information. As it turns out, I began getting double charged because the payment was tied to my bank account as opposed to my card number itself. After realizing what was happening with my payment, I went in to the front desk at the gym and kindly asked them to stop double charging and to reimburse the months they charged me twice for. I was told they would happily stop double charging and credit me for the couple months I had gotten billed twice. A month later I realized nothing had changed. I went back in and had the same conversation. Two months later nothing had changed. The next month I called and asked to cancel my membership to avoid this consistent hassle and negligence. They asked if anything could change my mind, I told them no, and was told my membership would be cancelled. This month I was charged THREE times. After cancelling my membership. This place is a complete scam and honestly a very poorly equipped gym.
