Working with Kami Astorino has been one of the most meaningful parts of my recovery journey. After…read morebreaking my leg and going through surgery, I wasn't sure I'd ever feel strong, confident, or capable again. But Kami supported me every step of the way -- with patience, expertise, and the kind of encouragement that makes you believe in yourself even on the hardest days. She didn't just help me rebuild strength; she helped me rebuild trust in my body. Every session was tailored, thoughtful, and focused on progress without pressure. Kami celebrated every milestone with me -- the small ones just as much as the big ones -- and kept me moving forward even when the process felt slow. Thanks to Kami, I'm not only back on my feet, but back to doing things I never thought I'd do again. I recently finished a slow but meaningful 5-mile run -- something that seemed impossible months ago. If you're looking for a trainer who combines deep knowledge with genuine heart, who listens, motivates, and shows up for you every time, I cannot recommend Kami enough!! She helped me reclaim my strength, my confidence, and my joy! Thanks for everything Kami Deb Morrison

Having a 24 hour gym is essential when you work off hours. Unfortunately this gym is allowing a…read morepart time employee to LIVE IN THE LOCKER ROOM! It is very uncomfortable using the shower and bathroom while a grown woman over the age of 50 is set up in there like it's her apartment. She has a chronic cough and vapes sending smoke all over the dressing room/shower area. The manager is fully aware as well as nighttime staff who have received SEVERAL complaints about the homeless employee. It's unfortunate that she doesn't have housing but living in the locker room is not the solution! The manager should look into renting this woman a room and or seek housing assistance from the county. If Planet Fitness wants to house their part time employee then they should put her in the back room and provide her a bed to sleep in there away from gym members who pay for a gym not a homeless shelter.

I'm going to get the cons out of the way pretty quickly- yes it's small and I do wish they had a second squat rack. It does get busy however I'm always able to still get a good workout in and I have only had to wait for equipment once. With all that being said.... You can't beat the price and the staff is always very friendly. It's clean and it has what you need to get a good workout in. The energy in the gym is very good too, I was happy to see other people who like to train hard. That's definitely something that can make or break your workout in my opinion.

As it turns out, I began getting double charged because the payment was tied to my bank account as opposed to my card number itself. After realizing what was happening with my payment, I went in to the front desk at the gym and kindly asked them to stop double charging and to reimburse the months they charged me twice for. I was told they would happily stop double charging and credit me for the couple months I had gotten billed twice. A month later I realized nothing had changed. I went back in and had the same conversation. Two months later nothing had changed. The next month I called and asked to cancel my membership to avoid this consistent hassle and negligence. They asked if anything could change my mind, I told them no, and was told my membership would be cancelled. This month I was charged THREE times. After cancelling my membership. B Fitness offers a variety of classes throughout the day including TRX, barre, Pilates, yoga , total body conditioning, and a Men's class. Every class I have taken has been a fabulous workout, including all muscle groups, lots of great equipment including bands, kettle balls, balls, steps and (obviously) weights and the TRX straps. I absolutely love that the instructors do not repeat exercises, making every class varied including the warm up and cool downs. David , Marguerite and Kim are particularly talented, encouraging and have great music. I love the small extras the instructors do to make this place unique. One example is during the cool down, the lights are turned off and a black light is used for a truly relaxed moment. The layout of B Fitness is well designed. All the equipment has its place and the space is clean and meticulous. Honestly I will miss B Fitness when I return home to Dallas!
