The current manager, however, is a jerk! Chris A. lacks social skills when it comes to customer service; and, he seems to "bully" his employees in the way he talks to them. He doesn't seem to know his own job very well, to the extent of having to ask the Assistant Mgr. about the computer, what they had in stock, where to find an item, etc... The Asst. Mgr. and the employees seem to have to "work around" him to deliver the customer service that they have been known for!

As soon as we put it on, we knew something was wrong. Called you guys back and the excuse we got was the builder used 3 different types of grey to in the house. Ok, fine give us a gallon of the grey that's closest to the one we just bought. Got home, again not even close. Wife reminds me that the builder left us some kind of paint. Check it out, and it looks like it's the same color of our walls AND it came from the same store! We start painting and it worked perfectly. We take our two worthless gallons of paint back to you and you give us every excuse from temperature of the house to you just recalibrated you're tinting computers. Serious customer service failure. Will not come back, EVER! Home Depot FTW since they at least try to make it right.

Not "shipped, in transit, will arrive" info. I called the store and they said you have to check with the online store. Tried to use the chat option, but due to Covid, they aren't offering that assistance. Plus their you get to call the customer service and be on hold for 19 minutes, only to hear, it is in transit. When I asked, what does that mean...a week more, 2 weeks, etc.? Not going to mess with this vendor in the future.

I brought my 29 CC Troybilt gas weed trimmer in for repair and service. It was initially explained…read morethat the choke was stuck and the air filter needed changing. I agreed to the repairs to the tune of $79.00. Weeks later, I retrieved my trimmer brought it home tried it out, only to realize the trimmer worked for 15-20 minutes before stopping. I then called NT & E and spoke to "Spencer" and he suggested I return the trimmer to be reassessed. A few days later, I get a call from associate "Spencer" and was informed that the trimmer needed a carburetor and would cost me an additional $45.00 because it appeared he misdiagnosed the problem. I refused his offer and due to initially poor quality of repair work along with poor customer service. I truly feel fleeced and taken advantage of, I'm currently out of $79.00 plus tax and still without a functioning weed trimmer. I went on Amazon and purchased a carburetor kit for $18.00 and will be attempting to repair myself. I will not be returning to this establishment for lawn equipment repair for this reason. I suggest you tread with caution.

I tried a couple of places that were supposed to have it but it seemed I was looking for a unicorn until one place recommended I try Dickens as they are a Toro distributor. While they didn't have the complete kit I was looking for, they created one for me and I walked out of there a very happy camper and now my lawnmower runs like new. Quoted $1200 to repair the deck. A brand new deck was $1100 on-line. That was never offered. Then, they quoted $3500 in additional repairs for a total of $4600. A new replacement mower was $4250. All my own research. I said no thanks- they wanted a $189 "diagnostic fee" - more than auto repair shops (and how much diagnostics do you do on a mower deck?!). These guys are just terrible.
