Caden did our initial inspection and gave us all the information, truth, knowledge and professionalism an informed and caring Manager could offer. We were truly excited about what was to come! On the day of the installation, 23 Jul 26, we met Jorge the On-Site Manager and his Team, from the moment we shook hands and received the information of what was to be expected, including sending us drone photos of the process and progress, as well as, drone video's, we were truly pleased. The first team member arrived around 0530 that morning and then the rest of the crew, including one awesome woman, were there soon after, everyone was very friendly and straight to the point of preparing for the installation by protecting our home and property. The Team were extremely professional, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone worked with consistency and on a mission, we still can't believe the roof was stripped and reinstalled in a day. The flashing, gutters and putting a few stones back in place were scheduled to be done the next day by another part of the Team, who arrived early this morning and began their process. While we accepted the quote, there was a major disconnect in scope; they painted areas we didn't request and then wanted to billed us to fix the 'changes' or even just to paint three small accents that would make the job more acceptable. The most disappointing part was the owner's conduct. When I explained the misunderstanding and why my wife couldn't intervene during the work, he insulted our integrity and made disparaging remarks regarding her health. While the crew was hardworking, the owner's lack of professionalism and empathy makes it impossible to recommend this company.

I normally only post good reviews, but I did not have a good experience and don't want anyone to go…read morethrough this. They did a very rushed and sloppy job painting my home. I asked them to come back to fix all the paint on my hardware in almost every room and holes that were not filled. They made it 10x worse (did not cover any of my floors or furniture when they came back). So then I was left with paint specks all of my floors, toilets, hardware, plants, etc. They were focused on me pointing out paint drips. What I was actually frustrated with was the way they left my home when they came back. I should have never had to point out this to professional painters. Pictures attached is how they left my home after these things being pointed out twice. They called almost a week later to "apologize" (aka take my payment) and then informed me it was a new crew. They never mentioned they would send out different people until this call. At this point, I had most of it cleaned myself. They 100% knew I was not happy with this job and I felt blamed that I wasn't more assertive. I cannot recommend them to anyone given this experience and how much I had to do to clean this up. They need to check their work (especially if they knew the crew was new) before calling the client to say they are done. I sent pictures to the owner to give him feedback (I already paid the $4200 invoice in full) and received no response. Maybe the other crews do a good job but unfortunately I did not receive that!
