I told them that I had already replaced the fuel filter and plug so it had to be the carburetor and they replaced the fuel filter the plug and then they worked on the carburetor. Of course it was the carburetor. So they charge me for the things I already paid for myself and replaced I won't ever go back. Can't stand people who don't listen. I needed the original design plans and the tie down instructions for my 10 x 16 shed. Which, by the way, has been a great purchase. They truly build an excellent product. The metal exterior of the shed is super easy to just pressure wash when it gets dirty over time and I have not had a single issue with the shed that can be attributed to the quality of construction. I had to deal with Mara for that to happen. Talk about someone who doesn't care about good customer service. I practically had to jump through hoops to get it done. She charged me $5oo to do the job. I explained to her the shed was only there for a week and I'm on a fixed income, could she help me out with the cost. She took off $100 for a job that didn't even take 30 minutes. She made me send her pics of my DL and my credit card. THEN I had to fill out a form for her to process my credit card. This was all after I had just given them $4000 for my shed!! She has no idea how to treat customers and she doesn't have any guilt about over charging them... she probably went on a shopping spree with my money!! I don't recommend doing business with this company just because they don't care ANYTHING about taking care of the customer. I will say however that John and Darwin did an amazing job moving that shed back for us.

Unfortunately, I do not have the space to put it in one of our two sheds and we don't have a garage, so I decided against the purchase; regardless, I didn't walk out empty handed, lol! They looked at me as a was carrying a large piece of floor sample and two cabinet doors. I was in the store for 30 mins with all my samples from the house looking through paint chips with zero help. I had two employees walk by and not even say hi. Another was two inches away with a customer and could have at least said can your been helped. Nothing. I was there to order paint for EVERY single inch of a 3500 square foot house, ALL the ceiling and ALL the primer. It makes me sad that it a normal for customer service so many places. Taking my business elsewhere. Ugh

I was able to get my cartridge refilled for a minimal fee of $10, the cartridge works perfectly and saved me a bunch of money, the sales associate "Beryl" was a delight to deal with and very knowledgeable and informative, I would also add she has excellent customer service skills.
