Little did we know they offer amazing customer service as well. We only knew the basic color we were looking for but that's about it. We were greeted by a gentleman named Brian I believe. He was in a shirt and tie which was a different sight being in a paint store but he was so nice and couldn't have been more helpful. He explained a few different choices of paint quality to use as well as a HUGE selection of the colors we were looking for. Within about 15 mins, we had decided what paint to use, 3 awesome colors and some other goodies needed for the project too. It took my wife and I about 2 weeks to decide on 1 color and this guy did that plus some in a solid 15 mins. The staff seemed very helpful as well while they were assisting other customers. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable people and great deal. Thanks Dunn Edwards! We will spread the word and will be back!!!!

Since it was my first time visiting, I really appreciated that level of attentiveness. This was such a refreshing experience compared to big-box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, where I've waited up to 30 minutes just trying to find an associate for assistance. The customer service here is top-tier, and I also love the email and mailed coupons, which help keep costs down. With the coupons, my purchases often end up being less expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot. Excellent service, helpful staff, and great savings--I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
