I ordered online, just a couple gallons of paint. I got an email the order was ready, drove to the store. When I got there the clerk stated he need to take a picture of my ID before he could mix the paint and give me my order that I was already charged for?? I asked why and he said his manager makes them do it. Not a fan of have someone take a picture of my ID, but I let them because I needed the paint. had a very disappointing experience with your service. While we were waiting for our paint, the manager was cussing loudly and making inappropriate comments, showing a complete lack of professionalism. He seemed completely uninterested in helping us and were more focused on bad-mouthing other companies than assisting customers. We felt pressured into selecting what they wanted us to choose, rather than being supported in getting what we actually needed. They gave us the wrong paint size and the wrong type/category. When we pointed it out, they insisted the mistake couldn't be theirs, claiming the computer showed everything correctly--completely dismissing our concerns. To make matters worse, after realizing they gave us the wrong type of paint, they then admitted they didn't even have the type we originally requested. Instead, they gave us a substitute product that was less effective and not what we wanted. Christopher was the only helpful person in the store. He was respectful, tried to assist us, and clearly cared about doing his job well. I genuinely feel sorry that he has to work under a manager who shows no regard for customer service and made no effort to resolve the situation. The overall experience was unprofessional, rude, and frustrating. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. read more

We showed up ten minutes before closing to get two gallons of paint and one quart, which we didn't think would take but that ten minutes and maybe five more. We also had zero problem just ordering tonight and coming back tomorrow to pick up because we understood it was so close to closing. However, as soon as I walked in, a male employee said, "Just so you know, we close in ten minutes." Then, he looked at the clock and said, "Actually, nine minutes," and he proceeded to laugh with his male coworker. Lovely. There was a man at the counter and the other male employee was extremely rude and dismissive to him and said, "I need to get to these other customers, I can't help you," and just totally blew him off. Found the paint samples with the colors we wanted and gave them to the employee along with how much of each. He proceeded to ask if we knew what type of paint we wanted because they had many, ("We aren't just a big box store.") some of which went up to $100, which is insane. We wanted an eggshell finish and definitely didn't need the fancy $100 kind. However, they could only do the quart of paint in a satin finish. The employee insisted it was only one degree of difference in light reflection, but judging from how badly he and his coworker wanted out of there, I didn't trust that because I felt like he just didn't want to have to make another gallon of paint in eggshell (so three gallons total) compared to only the two gallons and a quart. We had a coupon from our builder for a free gallon of paint and it apparently expired. So, basically, it was a complete waste of time. They obviously didn't want our money or business. While I understand wanting to get off from work, there are much kinder ways to treat customers and say things that don't involve being rude, dismissive, sarcastic or stuck up. And again, it wasn't just us that received attitudes. They were rude to the male customer there as well. This was our first time here and we definitely won't be back. We'll take our money to a company that actually appreciates our business and wants to help us. Thanks for literally nothing. read more

I love their products, but customer service sucks. After mocking my paint suggestion, the clerk made me stand at the register with my purchases ( I was the only customer there) as he had a long, unimportant conversion with a co-worker before grudgingly ringing me up with a sneer on his face. YELP 365 CHALLENGE 2014-(325/365) "Color Splash" Looking to add a splash of color on our walls, we came upon this store. Its like out in the middle of nowhere, and as you enter, you get a nice whiff of paint fumes in this dead, empty store. We like Behr when it comes to paint, but it is not something they carry here. Another thing that they don't have here is service with a smile...the one lady that helped us was straight faced and monotone the whole time. Prices here for equipment are pretty high, so you're better off going to "The Big Boys".(Lowe's, Home Depot) What they do have is cool paint samples though, so the best thing we did from this visit was grab a few color samples we liked and took them to the friendlier peeps at Home Depot so they could mix the colors for us. If you go there ask for Ryan Irons he knows the color family well and gives advice to what ur looking for, great service .. he saved my life from painting my house light grey that I chose that really turns into a baby blue I did not want that color ! He listens to you and try's to explain how the colors work .. am forever grateful for him thank u for having such a great manager !! Everyone needs to google the colors cause they have certain pigments that can turn a color into a diff color when the light hits it ! read more

"Rude Employees" Will never Go to another Sherwin-Williams store again.I walked into this store and. I asked one of the lady's at the front counter if she could give me some advise and show me the different paints. She rudely pointed in the direction and said over there. My girlfriend and i walked over to the paints and waited and waited. She never came out from the counter to help us. We looked at all the paints on our own. I saw a 5 Gallon bucket of paint went back to the counter waited until the lady's returned from the back storage room, and asked them the price of the 5 gallon bucket of paint. I was rudely asked if i was a contractor, when i said no, they told me i wasn't allowed to buy this paint. I told both of them i have never ben treated so rudely by any sales person, before in my life. I told them i was going to speak to there district manager about the way they treated my girlfriend and myself, the girl wearing blue, and purple eye shadow, said i don't care who you call. The store was completely empty, nothing was going on in the store. But they still made my girlfriend and i feel like we were a bother to them and didnt need our business. They made us feel like it was a major inconvenience, to even wait on us.I can see why now the store was totally empty. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy paint. The paint might not be as good as Sherwin-Williamss but at least there employee's treat paying customers with respect, and don't treat them like garbage. read more

Not sure which location the paint was bought from or which location sent the rep out but this is the one closest to my place. I had some cabinets painted by a professional company and the paint cracked. The paint was top-of-the-line Sherwin Williams. When it cracked a representative was called out they were two hours late and then had the audacity to say that they painted it wrong. Never using this company again nor will my family and if I have further painting done I will tell the company I am paying that they are not to use them for my job. read more

Thought I was doing the right thing by calling in 45 minutes before they closed to just order 1 quart of paint. One. Quart. I knew that they were closing at 7pm so I was trying to be considerate. The woman on the phone sounded super annoyed. When I got there, I was told that quarts were only available in their super premium paint and it would be $25. I had already told her on the phone that I just wanted one quart with satin finish. Total rip off. These associates should know better.
