I hired Sherri Smelley In May of 2019, paid her upfront to handle a traffic ticket case from 2007. She took my money and ran, never made a phone call or anything. Gave excuse after excuse, I have been asking for my money back for 18 months, and to this day have not seen a penny except for sorry excuses! She deleted her Business Facebook page because there where many other reviews like mine that she took their money and never did a thing for their case. The reason I didn't do my research on this thief, was because I first met Sherri in 2002 at church. Never did i ever think she would steal my money and not do a dang thing for me. I had to hire another attorney who got the job done within 4 weeks. Please beware of this crook!! read more

The one time she did get information she cut it super close 2 days before court and STILL got the wrong info I told her we needed. She is awful in every single aspect. I'm not even kidding. I've hired a new lawyer who is blowing this woman out the water right now. Find someone else and don't waste your money on this one.

After speaking with Sarah, I knew what I'd been missing almost immediately. She and her staff were all really helpful, and turned what I thought would be a nightmare into something completely manageable. I spoke with them and they assured me everything would be just fine.
