SOO I REMIND U I GOT NO PAPERWORK FROM J AND S AUTO no bill of sale no contract nothing but my credit card signature reciept that states i brought a headache... i follow up w joe about the promises and i got put off day after dsy week after week.. In about 2 wks after my purchase i came to realize that there was nooo oil in the vehicle.. i advised him and said u said the oil chamge was done bybyour shop correct he says yes i said who did it he says he did i said ok well there is not one drop of oil, antifrreeze in the car so something is wrong.. he says fill it n any problems bring it to the shop.. so i drive the car anither 700 miles or so n i check the oil its down almost 3 quarts. I bring csr to him at this point i want my money back not happy nothing was done as promised n now this issue.. so after joe and his son inspected for possible gasket leaks ect.. he says i see nothing its dry ect... soo he advises me to drive it another week check the oil kesp track of miles ect.. so i go to nyc and back then to albany n back and drove locally .. i check the oil and im down another 2 quarts or so.. i call Joe up and let him know he says fill it and drive it about 1000 miles let me know what goes on.. so THIS BULLSHIT goes on and on for weeks almost 2 months im told drive it replace oil ect.. soo now im beyond furious.. i bring the car to him n i tell him i dont want the car i want my money he tells me no.. sooo i call my credit card compNy advised them what went on they put a freeze n investigstion on his acct until more detail is gathered.. so after being notified from my credit card comoany they advise me that i signed a bike of sale w the terms sale is final no warantee and the purchase amount was broken down with bullshit lies such as i purchased new set of additional tires i paid dmv fees ect.. im like whatttttt?? In reading the reviews that were negative, it seemed that some had not even dealt with M&M and others did not bring their issues to the company, they just left negative reviews without giving them a chance to make it right. I do not feel this to be fair or an indication of a good customer. I started and ran retail companies, and no matter how hard I would try, my employees and I would make mistakes daily and all I could do was work my hardest to make whatever the problem was right. We also received a pretty cheesy promotion in the mail from M&M. It promised a gift, which we got (very inexpensive smart watches). But once you get to Liberty, I can understand the challenge they have in getting customers to drive to a small town, passing numerous larger dealerships, with bigger signs, and more modern buildings, to come to them. I still am not sure what moved me to visit them, I know that the vast majority of promotions are gimmicks, but it was a beautiful day and the drive was pleasant. We ended up purchasing a used Subaru from them. We got there at 2:00PM on Saturday and walked out at 7:20PM with our new vehicle. For me, that was about average for a large purchase. My wife and I present a unique challenge for financers because of our previous history and what we do for work now, but we were able get a monthly payment we could afford, at an interest rate below 11%, with no money down. I realize that this may not be possible for everyone, but I felt that they really tried to help us out. I didn't feel like a number, I felt like a friend through the entire process. This is my experience, it doesn't mean it will be yours. I attempt to be kind and courteous to those I deal with. I try to be understanding of how difficult it can be to make people happy, especially in a culture where few even no where to look for happiness. However it is my belief that the employees at M&M, and their owner are honest, genuine, and do care about the work they do.

I had previously purchased a Ford Expedition King Ranch and have been happy with the vehicle. Recently I had an issue with the transmission while using 4-wheel drive. I had the vehicle towed to M&M 2 weeks ago on a Sunday and was told the vehicle would be looked at on Mon or Tues. I drove by on Wed and was told they hadn't gotten to it and would get to it before end of week. I came back on Friday and was told customer appointments come first. I asked to make an appointment and was told by the Service Manager that it wasn't worth it because they would get to it the following Monday. I came by the following Tues and the Service Manager gave me a bunch of bs again. At that moment I knew the vehicle would just sit there so I made an appointment at REA Ford and on Friday the 13th with the vehicle still sitting in the same location where it was dropped off 2 weeks prior, I had the vehicle towed to REA Ford and they immediately handled it. M&M Service dept is over matched and not honest with their customers. I wasn't asking to be put in front of the line, I was looking for them to tell me when my vehicle would be serviced but this was too difficult for them to gauge. The service manager is challenged regarding time management and setting customer expectations. Making false statements and having no idea how to manage customer schedules is a recipe for disaster. I'm only a few miles away and want to support my local economy but I'm tired with such shoddy service at M&M.
