She frequently checked in to see if I needed a break, offered me a blanket and a warm wet towel to make me more comfortable, and even went over post-crown care instructions in case I forgot anything after my appointment. Those little touches made a huge difference. Dr. Tran is also fantastic. He's friendly, highly skilled, and works efficiently without making you feel rushed. I always dread the numbing injections because they're usually the worst part for me, but he made them surprisingly painless. While administering the injection, he used his other hand to gently wiggle the surrounding area, which distracted me from the needle and made the whole process much more comfortable than any dental work I've had in the past. Another huge plus is that they offer same-day crowns, so there's no need for a temporary crown or a second appointment. That convenience alone is a game changer. As someone who has had several root canals over the years and genuinely hates going to the dentist, I can honestly say this office changed my perspective. Then, there were detailed descriptions of my teeth recorded along with measurements of my gumline. I have never had a dentist measure my gumline before. Or jot down these descriptions of my teeth. The cleaning by the hygienist was so thorough, I finally understood what after dentist clean meant. That feeling lasted for days afterwards. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and his team. The level of care they provide is top notch! Dr. Shah is not one of those shady dentists who tries to upsell and profit off their patients. I completely trust him with my dental care. He lets me know what he sees as concerning and will be keeping an eye on and always answers any questions I have. Dr. Shah also does a great job of explaining what might need to be done in the future and what my insurance will cover so I can plan for it. Today I chipped my front tooth and was able to come in same day to have a filling put in. I left the office in happy tears because my front tooth looked so good and it was all done so quickly. I waited over a year until I was able to upgrade my insurance and was ecstatic to find out that Dr. Reddy was covered under it. At a recent visit, she told me that I did not need any fillings nor a crown and was surprised that a dentist would recommend a crown for me. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism as she will never try to upsell you anything, She will give you all the options that will work within your budget. Her staff are also friendly and personable and I have never experienced any pain during any of my dental work here. I attempted to resolve the matter directly, initially requesting that the work be addressed before additional issues developed, and later seeking a refund, but my concerns were not resolved. The matter ultimately proceeded to small claims court. During the hearing, it was represented to the court that a refund had been provided. However, the payment provided to me could not be successfully processed, and despite my subsequent requests for resolution, no payment has been received. My recommendation is that patients carefully ask questions, keep detailed records, and obtain clear written explanations of treatment plans, costs, and any proposed resolutions before proceeding.
