Give 0 to the receptionist. Give 5 to the doctor Kim. Professional and very nice to patients. Why negative to receptionist? service date 2023, after one year,2024-03they may get the check to pay. But it is not my fault. They are not professional, but rude and arrogant. After service, one person gave a envelop, said the insurance will mail me a check, it is not for me, but for them. This is weird, but they did not explain why. Just gave me in hurry like in 10 seconds. (Later I asked Delta insurance, why issue check to me, they said because the dental is not participating partner.) When I receive the check two month later. OK. I did not cash it. I Email to receptionist, What me want to do with the check? Do I give to you, do I need endorse? How to do with the check? ----No reply, until two month later. But I cannot find the check, after two month. I am not waiting so long to get the reply. And they replied, just cash the check and issue my personal check to dental. Another email said, endorse the check and mail to dental. Ok I can do it in two month earlier, but now I have no check. Then I called the insurance couple times, the insurance request me to ask the the dental office to call. And dental office called, but still not get it. And The receptionist email"I try to help you, but it is your responsibility to call insurance". Then I phone called, if the insurance need both of us to call, can we call together, I can go to the office. Receptionist said they are busy, they cannot. And the tune is not nice! I try to solve it, but no cooperation from receptionist. At last I call again and again the insurance, and they agree to reissue check. This is after one year of the service. Who want to have such experience? If at first day, they said just cash the check, then it will be fine. Or not wait for so long to reply. I cancel all the later service. The doctor is really good and the price is very reasonable. Better service, but less than half of the price out of pocket than other dental office. It is a really a loss to lose the doctor. But I do not want to have such kind of suffering from receptionist again. read more

I had a terrible experience with Sherman Lin's assistant. She hurts me a lot when taking my crown off, plus she has a bad attitude, she said she had a lot experience and no way make patients hurt. I asked her to stop and she ignored till make my whole mouth bleeding. I stop visiting the Clinique because of this assistant. Terrible experience! read more

Honest and amazing staff. They work with your insurance. I used to work there and worked at other offices after. I can honestly say they don't over diagnosis, they are about the patients health, and are inexpensive. I refer everyone I know and my whole family goes there. I have only been to this dentist two times, but that was two times too many. First off, I received multiple calls from the office moving both appointments. During both appointments I also had to hear the dentist chat the whole time with his assistant as he worked on my teeth. When I came to the office for my appointment, I gave my name and was told I had a tooth extraction appointment. I had to correct the receptionist and tell her no, I was in for fillings. The final straw was in regards to my fillings. During my first visit I was told that I needed two fillings, and to keep an eye on one of my fillings. When I was sitting in the chair for my fillings, the assistant told me I was getting three fillings. I had to correct the dentist and assistant and remind them what was told to me originally, the two fillings and to watch the one tooth. The dentist confirmed my decision. When I came home, I found 3 fillings. I will definitely not recommend this dentist nor ever go back. read more

Before seeing Dr. Lin I didn't think I would ever be able to replace my 2 missing teeth. Now I have 2 new implants and after more then 10 years without a full set of teeth, I finally feel complete! Dr. Lin's set up is as high-tech as you can get, with 3D imaging and laser-guided implants, the process was amazingly fast. I hate sitting in the chair for too long, but with Dr. Lin I was usually done and out of his office in around an hour. And that included a bone grafting procedure for one of the implants. His staff is super professional and very nice, always remembering my name, and the days and times I preferred to schedule appointments. And the price was very fair (I don't have dental insurance.) I actually have another dentist who I really like and have been with for a while, so I don't use Dr. Lin for my regular dental cleanings. But I would highly recommend him for all your implant needs. I have never worked with a dentist who worked as fast and as precisely with my teeth than Dr. Lin. read more

From the wonderful receptionist, to the most kind, gentle, and perfect hygienist Nikki, to the amazing Dentist Dr. Thomas, who helped me avoid a root canal, filled a giant cavity, yet kept the original shape of the tooth and artistically matched the huge filling to the exact color of my tooth. Dentist scam！！！ report inflating claims to insurer. On the claim, the dentist wrote that there are 10 teeth filled. However, After I going to two another dentists, they both told me that only four teeth have been filled . I made three appointment for filling. Every time, anesetic injection。completely loss feeling and the ability to eat for half a day. Guess what. The other dentists claims that there is no cavities at all, only dark spot and lines that are very shallow. No need for any anesthetic injection. Avoid this. No ethic and a dishonest person and group. Care only the profit and neglect patients health at all ! ! ! If you find an dentist doing this, don't hesitate, report him to your insurance companies. I lost the chance cause I have all teeth decay filled by another dentist, and he didn't do anesthetic, feel no pain. The good dentist showing me the picture in mirror before and after filling.
