He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, Blake's employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after Mike Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. Blake was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.

The plumber felt there should be no charge for the trip and installation. The office manager charged me a plumbers hourly of $102 per hour for the picking up of a part locally and every minute he was gone from the shop, plus an extra $15 because I live 30 minutes away. I was told he was coming to Rushford anyway, so they made $204 plus $15 and $15 for the other customer for the time he was gone. I assumed it was $15 plus 15 minutes of the hourly job rate at the maximum. Don't use O'Laughlin Plumbing of Winona.
