Once again, Lance from Bagniefski Heating and Air Conditioning came through for us!…read moreOur boiler gave out, and after calling the original company that installed it, we were left frustrated. We paid $140 just for two technicians to tell us it couldn't be fixed. On top of that, they gave us an estimate of $12k+ for a new boiler--not including labor or tax--and said a salesperson would follow up with final pricing. At that point, we knew we were looking at a bill we simply couldn't afford. To my husband, I suggested reaching out to Bagniefski, since they did an amazing (and affordable) job fixing our AC last year. Even though I emailed after hours, Lance responded first thing the next morning and scheduled an inspection. The best part? The inspection was completely free. He just needed to see what type of boiler we had so he could explore options for us. Lance came out the very next morning, remembered us, and was professional and respectful as always. Within minutes, he already had a good idea of what he could offer. After hearing about the previous quote, he was honest and said it sounded high--and reassured us he could find something more affordable. He took notes, snapped a few photos, and told us he'd follow up soon. Not even an hour later, we received multiple quotes--and WOW. We were beyond relieved at the difference. We chose one of the options, and within minutes, Lance called to schedule the installation. He sent his team out and completed everything in just one day--saving us both time and money! I also want to mention that Lance kindly offered us additional space heaters if we needed them. That small gesture meant a lot and showed how much he truly cares about his customers. Thank you again, Lance and Bagniefski Team, for your honesty, kindness, and incredible work. You've earned customers for life!

There was a problem and a service person from the original installer came about a month ago (the outside temp then was approx 80 degrees)...he could not figure out the problem, turned off the heat to both duplex units, left the premises, and we couldn't get anyone from that company to return and fix the problem. Because the temps were dropping to 50 degrees, we had to look for a solution elsewhere. We phoned Cary on Thursday, and their service tech was here within 24 hours and fixed the problem. We now have heat !! The service tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant ... it could not have been better. A standing ovation for Cary !!!!

Worst contractor experience ever. It all started when I got a phone call from my rental house. They…read moredescribed the problem and I told them to call the plumbers, and that I'd be right up. An hour later I arrived at the house and but the damage was already done. The pump in the basement was running, indicating a possible problem with the well. This is all Woxlands should have done. They should not have taken another step. Rather than quit while they were ahead, they decided to pull the well. They pulled the well but before putting things back the way they should be, they screwed a pipe plug on top of the well and they literally DROPPED it! There was virtually no way to remove the old well because of this. The next four days I watched these four guys standing in my yard, looking down a hole in my lawn with dumb looks on their faces. Before they left, Brad Woxland came to my house and told me: "My bad. We screwed up. We won't charge you for this since it was our mistake". I asked him how I was supposed to get water into the house.I said: "It's July. My renters work on a farm. They have babies in the house. They NEED water. They NEED showers. I have to fix this!" Brad Woxland responded with: "I dunno, call a well person. We're plumbers. We're not qualified nor certified to work on wells." The repair for this was over $9,000. Three months later, I was sent a bill by Woxlands for $3,000. This was the first of many. When I asked his why he sent me this bill when he promised that he wouldn't he replied: "I had four guys, in four trucks looking down that hole in your yard for four days.... that's an awfully big bill for me to have to eat." I resolved that issue by sending him a nasty letter from my lawyer. I should have sued him. I still might. Watch out for these guys. Don't let him touch your well. Document everything they do. Better yet, hire professionals with good reviews.

This is for an inhouse sewage sump pump for our lower level. Here is a quote from their email... "then our materials or any business that sells materaisl has a mark up, ours is 55-65% (depending on the material , large items are a little less than smaller itmes such as fittings) so a little more double the actual cost of the materials is a good rule of thumb so your bill was 1750 600 in materials so 1400 there then the 300 an hour ( thats a minumum charge for a site visit) so thats where the 1750 came from" If the material was even marked up just 65% it would have only came to $990 not $1,400.
