You will walk away with the confidence to make everything yourself at home and know that it will taste wonderful. We were so fortunate that we happened to be in Zurich when Sherly's cheese masterclass was being held. Sherly was kind and welcoming, incredibly knowledgable, and very skilled at holding the attention of the class. She made learning as much fun as eating! In this class we ate cheese specific to Switzerland paired with wine that you can't get in the US. (In her class you find out why.) This was a true delicious highlight of our trip.
