Not only do they NOT return phone calls, they wanted $1,100.00 to get started, PLUS a $500.00 deposit that they keep until the ankle monitor is returned. The person on the phone said she could probably get it down to $900.00 plus the $500.00 deposit. LAUGHABLE unless you NEED their services to get your son out of jail ! I was able to accomplish his release... for $150.00 from another private probation company. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I feel like it was an obvious abuse of power against me during a time of desperation and concern, because all they wanted was MONEY! I am thankful to have been helped immediately and considerably cheaper, by another company!
