They were all smiles ready to shuttle me to the airport at 3:30 a.m, as planned. Upon boarding my flight, I realized that I left $50 in my cup holder that was meant to be used for tipping while I was on vacation. Oops. Obviously, it was my fault for leaving cash behind while rushing to catch my flight, and I truly did not expect to see that money ever again. When I returned from vacation 4 days later, I called for the shuttle to take me back to my vehicle. They arrived at the airport within 5 minutes. Upon returning to their parking lot, my car was pulled up front and waiting for me in the exact condition that I had left it in. No scratches or dents. I immediately looked down in my cup holder only to realize that the money was not there.... just as I had expected. I opened my center console only to find that the money was neatly tucked inside (out of plain view) without so much as a dollar missing! Wow!!! It is truly refreshing to know that there are still honest people out there. I don't travel often, but when I do, I will definitely be using Albany Park Ride & Fly again! It only took a short walk and an escalator ride to get to the train platform. Passengers were able to wait comfortably inside the station until the train arrived. The train arrived on time, and it was very clean inside. The power outlets at my seat worked perfectly, which made the trip more convenient. The seats were comfortable, spacious, and offered much more room than airplane seats. Overall, the trip was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Over 300.00 being taken by them is an issue and having it tied up for who knows how long is unacceptable. Customer Service needs to be better for sure.

On top of that, the garages themselves are filthy, run-down, and desperately in need of renovations. Save yourself the headache and avoid Albany Parking at all costs. That sign is the responsibility of the owner and Parking Authority to ensure it is where it should be, and if it is not, then DO NOT tow a car, that is technically parked legally. I would have given less than 3 stars, but the Quakenbush garage took care of my car for only $135/month, when I was away for an extended period of time, and is the best service for the price and location, compared to other garages locally.

I tried repeatedly for the next hour, nothing. More calls and e-mails. The next day I got a call back and was told, the "modem would need to reset". A few hours passed and I got a call saying it should now work. Once again, it did not open. More calls, e-mails, and I was told by the manager, that she would call the boss. That was Saturday. I waited all day Sunday, no response or call back. Then, Monday morning at 9:30 I called back and left a message. No response. Finally, about 11:30 I got in the car, drove the key fob back to the rental office, and returned home to stop payment on my check. I would not recommend this business based upon my experience. Off street parking is mostly about the security and convenience of having a parking spot when you need it. If the door won't open, what good is it?

In the meantime, I don't recommend it unless you're going early in the day but after rush hour, or are heading to one of the specialty stores as a destination, because you'll be wasting a ton of time just getting in and out, as well as car karma.
