In the end, she made beautiful sheers, panels and coordinating cornices for my living/ dining area. She also relined an existing drapery and changed out rods in a couple rooms. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything is beautiful and totally my style. The workmanship is excellent. Also, Henry who does all her installations knows his job and did a great job. Very disappointing experience with this company given their years in the area. Walked in and…read moreadvised sales person that I really had no budget. He steared us toward quite mid grade carpet at best. When carpet was delivered installer advised that he wasn't sure we would have enough. Reality was that we did have enough for probably a closet or small room. After the install we immediately noted visible seams in the middle of the room and damage to the drywall base on new drywall in my sons room. We called Yanceys and the installer came back out and said that there was nothing he could do about the seams and that the carpet looked like "different color" to him. The salesman advised at that point they would get the manufacturer involved and that's the last we heard from them. Regarding the drywall we were advised to "get a quote to fix it and as long as it's not outrageous we will pay for it". I've never dealt with a company that just really doesn't care. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all. I will not work with them again.

They…read moretackled a huge job, installing 2000 sq ft of new carpet and restretching another 500 sq ft, all in a single day! They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and communicated their plans thoughtfully. I thought for sure they would have to come back on a different day to complete the job-- but indeed they underpromised and overdelivered. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home. They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Special thanks to Autumn, the sales rep who advised us on the carpet choices and pricing options. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, kudos to Mark, the scheduler, who was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. The quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend the entire Creative Carpets team-- Wilfredo Romero and his installation team (Romero Carpets, who does all of Creative Carpets installations) , as well as Autumn and Mark for any carpet or flooring needs!
