The owner would never call me back. My daughter recently took a dress that is a completely different material and it ruined her dress in the same exact way. I would never have taken another item of clothing there but my daughter did not know this. I won't be back. Tammy did amazing alterations on a bridesmaid dress for me. Long back story, but I had to trade dresses with someone & her dress was a size 20. Tammy took it down roughly to a size 10 and the work was beautifully done!!! $60 was also not a bad price at all for how much it needed to be taken in. I've had friends get work done by Tammy for as little as $11! She's very well priced and does amazing work. I will be back for other alterations!!! Turnaround was only 2 weeks. read more

I have used sheps several times. However this time, the woman spoke very little English, so it was difficult to convey to her what it was that I was wanting. I was wanting my dress floor length with my shoes on (the shoes have a one inch platform). She put one pin in the whole dress to mark it. It took them a week to get the hemming finished. The sewing is sloppy and the dress was too short and uneven. read more

My clothes look worse after shep's than before. For the high prices they were charging, I figured they would at least do a decent job. The worst part was what they did to my suit. The owner of this dry cleaners is very rude. If you have any problems, he gets very angry and irrational. I think he forgets that he is the OWNER and that us customers are supporting his business. He ruined a shirt and then proceeded to blame me, the manufacturer, his busy schedule.... Not once did he apologize or ask how he could try to make my experience better. This cleaner has gone downhill in the past couple of years. College students are workers and that's great but it is clear that the management does not care how they treat the clothes. In the past year, every other time we have picked our clothes up they need to be re-ironed. Now, they have lost our clothes. I know it happens but there's a way to handle things. When I called the cleaners the manager answered the phone and when I ask who was speaking he rudely answered "Who do you want to speak to?" The answer in itself should have told me that we were not the only customers calling with a problem. The manager didn't want to discuss our missing clothing. I will never shop here again.
