I am not impressed. For $12000 you would think that they would at least know how to install their own product. It allowed water to collect on the bathroom floor, which eventually followed the lowest path on the floor to the floor exhaust vent and wall trim. Your plumber misdiagnosed by stating the sink drain had splinters and needed replaced. He came a 2nd time to misdiagnose again by saying the shower floor wasn't installed correctly. Almost $2,000 later an experienced plumber fixed the issue with two tubes of waterproof caulking. You guys did a terrible job and owe me a refund. I've called a few times with no response. This review will go out on as many platforms as possible to keep homeowners and property owners like myself from experiencing terrible service and overpriced work done for absolutely no reason!!!
