Shannon responded to my call immediately, was out to my house that same day to provide a free estimate, and within a couple of weeks I had everything done. Shannon and his crew (of 4-5 guys) showed up on time, ready to work. They not only painted hard-to-reach areas (including a 20 foot stairwell wall and other areas), but also took care of some long overdue items around the house (drywall work, mud & tape). They were in and out within 4 hours. All of this came at a cost that was extremely reasonable (especially compared to a contractor we used during our last paint job 9 years ago). He has gotten the jobs done each time within the timeframe we wanted, and is always very pleasant to work with. We leave Shannon the keys and know we'll return to a transformed house. Shannon truly goes above and beyond. This last time he surprised us and had assembled the new fans we bought (that were still in boxes) and mounted them. When we did the final walk-through with him one of our fuses happened to blow and he helped us get it fixed. Apparently he's not only a great painter but he's also a handyman available for hire! The window washing was not completed but I did not notice that and I paid the owner in full. When I noticed that the job was incomplete, I called the owner about it. He scoffed at me and said I was just imagining it. I requested him to come over and inspect the job. He refused, saying that he was busy Christmas shopping. I continued to call him and finally he came over and discovered that I was right. The job was finally completed but I would never hire this company again. The owner was condescending and hostile to me, and did not seem to care that he was alienating a customer who had already paid the bill. The painter did a great job, however. One other thing-one of the workers had accidentally left his cooler in my garage. The owner called me at work and demanded that I leave work to open my garage for him to retrieve it. Unbelievable.
