Shannon responded to my call immediately, was out to my house that same day to provide a free estimate, and within a couple of weeks I had everything done. Shannon and his crew (of 4-5 guys) showed up on time, ready to work. They not only painted hard-to-reach areas (including a 20 foot stairwell wall and other areas), but also took care of some long overdue items around the house (drywall work, mud & tape). They were in and out within 4 hours. All of this came at a cost that was extremely reasonable (especially compared to a contractor we used during our last paint job 9 years ago). We had a wonderful experience with Jake and his crew. They recently finished a large remodel of two…read morebathrooms, and they both turned out great. One was a small guest bathroom, and it is still small, but sharp! The other bathroom involved knocking down a wall to make a huge master bathroom, as well as a moderately large closet. Family and friends come into that bathroom and don't want to leave! My 6-year old granddaughter insisted on taking a shower in the large shower, with its beautiful tile and two full glass sides. Speaking of tile, the tile work was meticulously done, which is easy to tell. These jobs involved plumbing, electrical work, adding crawl space beams, drywall and paint -- everything. Jake and his crew also insulated and draywalled the already framed in rooms and ceiling in our garage, and added a wall Heating/cooling unit. It looks great and now my husband can work in there year-round. Finally, Jake oversaw landscapers, who completely recreated the pool area. They were amazing to watch as they laid pavers all around the pool. It will make swimming a pleasure. As part of this project, Jake and his crew built a structure -- I would call it a small pavilion -- where my husband can grill and use his Big Green Egg and be out of bad weather and be a part of the pool action. This was a professional crew. Of course, things went wrong. Nobody gets everything right the first time and unexpected things happen in every remodel. Sometimes there was confusion about supplies that weren't picked up -- a bit more organization would help that -- and a bigger crew. However, I appreciate that Jake hires qualified people and tries to pay them well. Jake was careful to keep me informed about the budget as we went along and we ended up about $4000 over -- not bad for a bid of $85,000 for the entire job. Unfortunately subpar workmanship was done upon construction of the condominium that I live in…read moreresulting in leaking in the sunroom of my neighbor below. Certainly not precision construction who did the original work. However they were hired to repair the issue. Our association hired Jim Pellock at Percision construction to come up with an appropriate solution. These panels were put down last fall and that's when I started to express my concerns to our homeowners association regarding the workmanship. As the temperature rises the panels buckle significantly and omit a horrible odor that makes it impossible to open our sliding glass door and enjoy any breeze when it's above 75°. Upon complaining to Crescent Green Condominium Association, the response back from our management company diversified via our HOA, was that Jim suggested that I place a rug down on my patio to remedy the problem. Jim also offered me an additional option, of choosing a different type of surface for an up charge of $2000 at my own expense. Additionally, The surface is almost impossible to sweep with the broom and I even had to buy a shop vac to address just maintenance as far as leaves and pollen. I can live with that piece, however I cannot live with the smell nor the fact that as the temperature increases the panels buckle significantly. What is it going to look like when we hit 95°?
