The two trees that he took down for me were the most problematic and complicated of any on my property--big, few limbs to work with, and very close to the house. Tony's service was, by far, the most professional, and ironically, also the least expensive of any other company I'd worked with. He took down the problematic trees swiftly and cleanly--felling them in exactly the direction and at exactly the place he said he would. Communication is great. Prices simply cannot be beat (he handled the two hardest trees for a fraction of the price that others had quoted for simply ONE tree). He is insured and has a catalog of great references. If you need tree work done in Front Royal, Linden, or elsewhere in Northern Virginia, I cannot recommend anyone higher than Smitty's Tree Service.

We had two trees cut down, one of the stumps ground (the other has to be approved by the electric company), multiple bushes removed, and a few tree trimmed back. The two trees were in very difficult locations, right next to our house. They arrived early, upbeat, and got right to work. I am very impressed in how quickly they were able to complete the work, and how well they left the yard. All debris was removed, even some we had personally cut and had in piles. It was raining on and off the day they were here but you wouldn't guess that, seeing how no mess was made with the mud. We have small children and they were intensely watching the men work. Knocking on the windows, waving, even talking to them when we went outside. This team was spectacular with my kids. They were very friendly but also kept everyone's safety as top priority.
