We have an account with them and they are so familiar with our farm needs that they are quick to pull up our account before we can even provide them with the number - they just have us memorized. They've never tried to make sale on something more expensive if the "off-brand" is just as good of quality. They are just terrific! They are always my first pick for feed, fencing, vaccinations, or even just some quick and helpful advice. They gave me a phone number to text a few pics and in no time, they requested my mailing address and had a new timer on the way. However, should you have some 'issue' with a product, you can call customer service and they are helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Their products are great, but should they fail, which is unusual in my opinion, they will replace them in accordance with their great warranties. Melnor is a great choice!!!
