So my opinion is they just make money off the application fees with little intent of actually renting them out to good people !! My advice stay away and save your hard earned cash !!!

I then took myself out to the house to see the site and make an application for rental, site unseen as far as inside the home goes(since I couldn't talk to a person for a tour). I loved the home so much I decided to pay the $30 application fee and see if I could get some live person's attention that way. Well it was fine at first when they needed me to sign a consent for the background check and all. I was told, by email, that I would probably have an answer back from them within a week. I waited THREE WEEKS with absolutely NO response from them - yes or no. I went by their office twice and they were closed. I also emailed them three times for a status update and never got a return email/response. Even IF something came back on their check of me, they should have contacted me and told me I did not qualify. I paid money for an answer, not to be ignored! I will never use this company nor refer them again. They lost a lot of potential business coming from me as I work with recruiting physcians to their area and would have used them repeatedly in the future. I do not recommend contacting them, money and time wasted...
