This is the only store in the area that sells Primal and they carry a nice selection of the fresh frozen food. The employees know the products and are very helpful. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it.

Used to live in Washington and every natural pet store I found living there for 12 years have all put this store down to one star. First time I went in, a young women with blonde hair, no glasses helped me out. She was really nice and told me if my dogs didn't eat the NWN raw food I could exchange it. They ate the bag after not eating for a day. So next time I buy another bag and a bag of small batch. Who I'm assuming was the owner and a much older employee were both stand offish and not very welcoming. I got a look when I asked for treats with healthy grain. They did say I could exchange either bag if my dogs didn't eat it. Third time is the charm and last time I'll be shopping here. I went to exchange the NWN as they didn't touch it. The young women did not want to return the bag, and told me it would be just go to waste. I told her what she wanted me to do about that, maybe they should change their store policies as I was told twice I could exchange or return. She said yes if only the dogs refused to it. I told her again, they didn't touch a single nugget. Refused to eat the food. Not sure what the difference between saying they didn't eat the food, verse refused to eat it. Guilt tripping a customer returning food is such bad taste like Hahahah I had to sit in my car have a good wtf laugh and write this review. Onto the next natural store. Lucky for me healthy pet is closer. Let's hope they are nicer to their customers and don't try to guilt them returning product they said they could return or exchange.

I got my blue fawn from here not realizing that blue fawn is not a recognized color by AKC and only learned that the genetic mutation that causes the blue undertone in a fawn also puts the dog at risk for alopecia. And of course, mine has developed alopecia which is extremely difficult to manage since it is incurable but also more importantly is how insufferable it is for my dog to live with. I would never recommend Tanya. And I would strongly recommend only purchasing a Frenchie from a breeder who doesn't perform genetic mutation and produce exotics like blues, lilac, fluffy, etc. Breeders who produce only recognized colors will have healthier dogs.

During the course of the year we have spent almost $8,000.00 on medical expenses, allergy testing, medication, and anything that we thought could help our little baby. We've tried to reach out to tanya on more than one occasion the first time we were replied with how none of her dogs have every had allergies and we were made to feel that his medical problems had to be OUR FAULT. It doesnt matter how many baths, medications, or vet visits we do for him. It never gets better. We've gotten the run around from this lady when all we looked for was guidance. My children help calm and relax him because when you watch him you can truly see how miserable he is. In my opinion Tanya you are a joke and what is wrong with breeders. We will continue to spend every day and every dollar trying to get this sweet baby the piece he deserves.

If you peruse their website, you will see the breeding and testing lines for sires and dams for several generations. Not only are these award-winning, good temperament animals, but you have a multi-generation set of test results to reassure you that the pup you buy comes from parents (and great/grand-parents) that are tested for about every malady one can think of. Yes, the pups are expensive, but well worth it when you have a responsible, responsive breeder with years and years of positive experience and breeding stock with an exemplary disposition and proven/guaranteed health testing.

You can just tell that they really love their dogs, and of course the pups, and take such great care of them all, from making sure that they all get the best of the best nutrition, vet care, love, and affection, and socialization for the pups before they go to their forever homes. We got our boy from there April 2020, and he's just been a dream come true. He's the most amazing boy! He's smart, funny, healthy, and happy as could be. We'll definitely be getting our next pup from there when we're ready. I highly recommend them to everyone!
