No follow up calls or emails and Mr. Booberg himself is ALWAYS too busy and unavailable, which is understandable as he is the lawyer, but no follow up for months is ridiculous. When I finally do get anyone on the phone, of course they are nice and so apologetic, but no one ever has answers as to what we are waiting on to move to the next level. My accident happened a year ago and in my opinion feet have been being dragged. Not sure what is going on internally with the staff but the lack of communication is unacceptable!!!!!!!!And God forbid it gets escalated to court, that'll take another 2 years to process. This process understandably takes time but in one year the only thing that is currently done with my case is a drafted demand letter that still has not been sent to the insurance company. I am so unsatisfied and will not be a returning client! Update: In all the time I have been waiting for an update or call or email I havent received one but 3 minutes after my review was posted Mr. Booberg himself calls me and said he seen my review and he withdrew as my lawyer. Ha! What a waist of time! Instead of asking how he can rectify the situation, he tells me I can go find another lawyer! Horrible customer service!!!!! I would give -1 stars if I could.
