BEWARE OF THIS PREDATORY LAW FIRM ! PLEASE READ TO THE END…read more THEY USE FAKE 5 REVIEWS!!! I hired them at the end of 2023, believing they were a professional and trustworthy law firm. From day one, I told them I didn't know anything about the legal system and was afraid of being scammed or taken advantage of. They reassured me they were nothing like that. We signed a contract for $8,900. Few months later, I attended an online hearing with my lawyer. After that, they billed me an extra $1,500 just because the lawyer showed up. They said they will charge me every time they appear in court. I had no choice but to accept it, even though they never explained this in the beginning. Before my final master hearing, I contacted their assistant Rayza to speak with my lawyer and ask a few important questions. That's when she told me, "Your lawyer left the company." I asked what would happen now, and she said, "We'll assign you a new lawyer soon." I trusted them again and waited. Weeks passed, and no one followed up. In early March 2025, I was planning to make my monthly payment in person at their office (as I preferred paying there and getting a paper receipt). Because I couldn't get a day off from work during the first week, I called Rayza and asked if I could come in the following Tuesday, March 11. She said okay and also will notify the team so they wouldn't call and pressure me. Then, just a few days later, I got this letter on my door saying they would no longer represent me claiming I hadn't answered their calls. That was a complete lie. In fact, they've called and pressured me repeatedly in the past about payments, often in aggressive and unprofessional ways. Every time they called me from Richmond Office, they didn't let me explain myself. Because they were yelling at me and not listening what I'm trying to tell them. I did paid them in total over $4000 and expect to get their kind service, didn't expect to get pressed by unprofessional toxic employees. I only knew two names: Roselyn (Rosy) and Karen both of which may not even be their real names. Many of the people I spoke with were rude and dismissive, and several had strong accents (possibly Indian), making communication even more difficult. One male employee from the Richmond office was especially disrespectful, constantly pressuring me over the phone and making me feel even more anxious and hopeless. I told them I had no one else to turn to financially, but they kept telling me to borrow money or "figure it out." I eventually made an appointment with Rayza at the Fairfax office to explain how the Richmond office was treating me. I told her they were yelling at me and interrupting me when I tried to speak calmly. She apologized and promised to handle it but nothing changed. After receiving the letter about being dropped, I called more than 20 times to reach assistant Rayza. The receptionist finally told me they were connecting me to her, but instead, a man answered and said he was her assistant. Clearly, she was avoiding me. About an hour later, Rayza finally emailed me saying that the billing department would call me to explain the letter. Billing manager Roselyn called and said the letter was sent because of a missed payment, not because I didn't answer calls. I asked why the letter lied, and she said it was a mistake. She admitted the real reason they removed my lawyer was because of the payment issue. But I told her: Rayza had told me a month earlier that my lawyer left the firm and that they'd assign a new one. So who is lying? They lied, took my money, and dropped me right before my final hearing. They made me feel anxious, alone, and hopeless and I will not forgive them. They knew I couldn't afford to sue them, and they took advantage of that. Now they act like nothing happened. Think twice before signing a $10,000 contract with Fayad Law and getting charged couple thousands more later just for court appearances. They present themselves as professionals which they are not. This is why they charge way more than other law firms. Don't let them fool you.Thank you for reading.
