The person working the truck was also really nice and friendly, but unfortunately, I don't think you can get an order this wrong. The prices were also hard to find. Tacos - $4.25 Rating: (6/10) Without cilantro, I feel like this taco is already below average. $4.25 per taco is also a bit high for a stand like this, though they do give a large amount of meat. There's even a cute kitty that hangs out & wants food. I went to try the taco deal on Monday and pupusas deal on Tuesday, and the quality is the same as I remember. It's a great spot for college students and very budget friendly if you come on the deal days. However, don't expect high quality restaurant food. Meat quality could be better, but its still good overall. The best thing here is the salsas!

It's a bit confusing, but mildly entertaining. I ordered my usual tester products a burrito and street tacos because they didn't have change in a weekday. I decided to get lunch and dinner and save myself time later. My items were made up pretty fast and luckily it was sunny for a few moments because there is no built in shelter for customers walking up or even seating at the location they were parked near West Hedding in San Jose. The food itself was perfectly prepared, great flavors, textures and color pops. They use regular paper plates, foil and plastic bags to package. Hopefully they'll move to paper bags at least so they can be recycled. Recommend if you're passing by and need a warm meal.

I ended up parking in the far end of the Target parking lot near Capitol Expressway. Apparently, everyone else parks in the Target lot and goes to the various stores in the strip mall across the street. That seems to explain why Target can be empty when the parking lot is crazy. Anyway, I walked across the street and every restaurant was busy. I walked back, and saw the food truck over by O'Reilly Auto Parts. Why not see what was available? They seemed to have a good selection of food. I ordered two carne asada tacos and a Jarritos (no Limón!) soda, for $4.50. That's a little cheaper than going to Tacos Autlense on Story Road, my favorite Taqueria. He asked if I wanted cilantro, onion, and salsa on the tacos. I did. He quickly prepared my tacos, and was friendly during our exchanges. English was not a problem, even though I tend to use Spanglish/Espanglés.
