I came here today and bought a medium fountain drink. While filling my cup, I took a small sip, and at the register the cashier (Alex) charged me for a large instead of a medium. When I asked why, he said it was because I "took a sip." That makes no sense the price should be based on the cup size, not whether a customer takes a sip. When I asked for it to be corrected, Alex refused and said no refund was possible. I left feeling disrespected and overcharged. Very poor customer service and unfair treatment. Do NOT use the car wash here. Machine crashed after charging my card. When I told the employee that it looked like the charge went through on my end, I was told it didn't go through, and if the charge doesn't fall off in a few days, to come back and I would be refunded. I didn't have any problem with that, as it was a pending charge at the time. So I used a different card to buy my car wash. A few days later, the charge posted to my account, of course. So, I did as I was told and came back to the gas station to get a refund, which I was refused because it said the charge was declined. Even though I showed her both POSTED charges on BOTH of my cards. I was again told to wait a few days for the charge to fall off, which I already did, going out of my way to come back and get it fixed. I tried multiple times to explain that once a charge is POSTED, it is not going to "fall off." I was told I would be called, and that never happened. Anyways, the charge has been disputed with my bank, and I will never be using this car wash again due to this issue and the lack of customer service to resolve it. read more

I like coming here to get my car cleaned. Even though it's not brushless, I haven't had any issues with this car wash. I paid $36 for their wash and you 4 washes. Best thing is that it's not tied to one vehicle. I've been able to use it on 2 of my cars. I do wish that they have a vacuum area. LUV car wash has a vacuum area, but the problem with them is that it cost more, but the worse of it is that there's always a long line. New store renovation, discounts everywhere. The Gasoline rate has point discounts that compete well with Costco. Their Bathrooms are regularly cleaned, no broken lights, no homeless people. Thorough cleanliness and well stocked with food and drinks. They hire people that are helpful and kind and speak proper English. Highly recommended. It's the Shell store I highly recommend because they don't treat the store like it's a garbage dump, but a decent lovely store that people do frequent for low cost and excellent service. read more

Decent prices love the gas station but the worst car wash ever. It is like throwing money to the wind. Car came out with dirt spots all over it. Addressed it with the girl in charge of car wash then shows me a pic on the ipad telling me that the car came out clean!!! Well sure in the shade and the camera with car semi wet it did look clean but I drove from car wash around straight to the front doors and she saw it with her own eyes. Blade front dryer didnt work, information screen didn't work(Pull forward, stop, etc.)wanted either a refund or a coupon for wasting 30 minutes of my time, again. This time when I complained about the machine an employee (Armando? manager maybe?)came to my car I was filling up (another $90), and said my car was dry (it was 5 pm and 100 degrees out with 30 mile an hour winds. After I started to seriously complain he offered me getting in line again - another hr. But no come back later. I always pay $10, the highest price, for the drip-free, not the drip-dry wash. My car had water spots all over it. I said I would complain to the manager. Armando said go ahead, his numbers right there! Seriously, is this what customer service has come to. This location is a minute from our home which makes it convenient to fill up. We usually stop by early morning, during the week and or on the weekend. Last week, on my husband way to work, he stopped to get gas, a bit before 6:30am. My husband had a $100 dollar bill, requested $60, the older individual with glasses, working behind the counter told my husband no, he has no change. The man took the bill and placed it on the counter. This location is open 24hrs, they don't open the doors till 6am, but there is a side window that customers can walk up to, to pay with cash. There were 3 people in line behind my husband, people outside getting gas, and yet he had no money. He did not offer to see if the people in line were paying with cash, he did not bother to check the location where extra money is kept (per manager or supervisor). He flat out told my husband no and that he can't help him. He was very short with my husband. I find it extremely hard to believe that a gas station does not have $40 to give a customer, I don't care that it was early morning, and I don't care that the guy only had $50 in the drawer. We have been going to this gas station for 13years, early morning, several times a week, and this was the first time they did NOT have $40 to give??!!! My husband had $34 or $36 dollars, which doesn't do sh#t for a truck, but he needed gas to get to work, so that's what he gave that individual. Later that day my husband informed me of the situation at this gas station and how he is now on E. When he told me who the individual was, I expressed he's a smarta$$ and rude. A few weeks prior, I went back in and expressed I needed my change from pump #, his smarta$$ response was "no kidding". I was standing there questioning myself as to what this individual said to me. However, I kept my cool, took my change, and left. Granted, I was mad at myself for not calling this individual out. There was another time, I went in to get my change, provided the pump #, and he questioned me, because it seems he got me "confused" with another lady getting gas. WTF!!?? I provided the pump #, give me my change!! My husband did go back to the gas station that same day of his incident to speak with a manager and that individual was still working. Well my husband spoke to a supervisor, that individual had the nerve to insert himself in the conversation and say my husband had smaller bills to pay with. Once again I say WTF!!! The people who run/own this gas station clearly don't give a shit about customer service. My husband refuses to go back to this gas station down the street. I however, will go back, I won't be inconvenienced, and you can bet I won't keep my mouth shut the next time this sorry individual says something stupid or rude. Management step it up! I normally will not write a review for a gas station, but this place is a cut above all the others. I have been going here for years. They know what I usually get and ask if that is what I need every time. Smokers-- STOP! but if you need smokes, They have great deals here! way better than other places in the valley! It gets very busy here, so be prepared to have to wait for a little bit to get gas sometimes. USE USE USE Ralph's Rewards! Saves you up to .20 cents a gallon. Not to mention their price is one of the lowest in the area anyway. Very clean and organized. There is a car wash to use if you are looking for that also. They close the inside doors around Midnight, so If you need to get inside try and get their before that. I am writing this review while sitting in my car, waiting in line for my car wash. I've been sitting in my car for 20 minutes just to get into the wash. Each wash takes one car for 4-5 minutes so with just a few cars ahead of you you'll be waiting 15-20 min. ***dont go here if you're in a rush. Not only was the gas relatively inexpensive (at least for a Shell), but $8 got me a five minute car wash that buffed, polished, and waxed my 2001 POS Camry into perfect bliss. It's hilarious that this gas station has many 5 and 4 star reviews... but it's true! This is my go to gas station... in fact, this is pretty much the only gas station I go to. First of all, Ralph's rewards. Yes, with the crazy cost of gas and my need to drive... I need a discount! Plus, this is one of the cheapest gas stations around anyway.. so it makes getting the discount even better! Yay! Second, this gas station is always well lit and pretty modern as far as "gas stations" go. There are little tvs... which I tend to ignore... but are still there. The car wash... I've done it... a couple times... and I don't know. It's cool? I have this thing about car washes... they're pretty awesome! :) It does get crowded...especially more so nowadays... as this place has gained in popularity... but I will still brave the traffic. A couple months ago, I was getting gas at night... or early evening...and the lights went out. It was crazy. All of a sudden, I was totally in the dark... but the gas pumps were still working... it was just a little spooky. The Fallbrook Center security guard who was across from me...remarked on it being creepy...and it was. I've heard the hot dogs here are good... This review is only about the car wash. y regular car wash was undergoing maintenance, so I thought I would try this one. (The employees are friendly, the "store" is well stocked, gas prices are pretty low). 1) Very narrow driveway with a tight turn - I have a P/U w/ a 6' bed and would not risk it with a longer P/U bed or truck. 2) Regardless of vehicle, make sure that BOTH of your side view mirrors are pulled in, if possible. This car was uses brushes which do the front, sides, and back, only. 3) Not enough water to windshield, barely cleaned the dust off, did not remove dirt splotches. 4). Blower does an adequate job of removing excess water, I will give it that. All this being said, I will not use this car wash again. read more

I live in the adjacent neighborhood. This gas station has a car wash that makes a huge loud honking buzzing noise when someone drives through the car wash. It resonates through the surrounding neighborhoods. It was turned off for over a year (probably because of prior complaints) but now this gas station has decided to turn this noise nuisance back on. I called to ask why they turned it back on and the attendant was so rude. He told me "so what" and to call the police. I will NEVER use this gas station again. Pump wouldn't work after multiple tries with 2 different cards. Had to drag my kid out of the car with me to pay inside. Clerk refused to acknowledge any problem with the pump. I grew up in West Hills and this gas station has been my family's go-to gas station for years! Always has the lowest prices around, my family still compares other gas station's prices with the "Platt" Shell's and will run a little further on empty just to make it back here. Well-lit and clean, has been getting more crowded esp. in the afternoon in recent years (probably since the secret's out!), but otherwise not too busy at nighttime.
