The bathrooms are not able to be used and the Wendy's is not able to be used and I had to walk in...never SAW how to drive up (I was charging my car nearby) and the kicker was I thought well I will get a coke but the syrups were out so no soda to purchase. I wasn't going to check in or do a review after I first walked in. I got my 4-pack of moscato and went to charge my phone in the connected Wendy's. The employees didn't really speak to me at all but I didn't mind because I'm traveling and my mind is everywhere. But, upon leaving I doubled back and got more wine (don't judge me) and that interact was totally different from the first. "Are you traveling" one of the employees asked and that started up a great conversation with myself and the rest of the employees in the front. That southern hospitality came back to me and I felt at ease. We had a 2-3 minute conversation and I left, but that made a imprint on me so I made it my mission to find this location (since I didn't check in) and write a review. read more

Went to this Shell station to get some drinks after a day of travelling across Southern Georgia visiting some tourist sites. The drink selection was actually quite good, and I was able to stock up for the car ride home. However, looking at the food selection, you are going to be out of luck if you want a simple roller hotdog or something like that, because the attached Wendy's has knocked that sort of thing out (probably via agreement with the station... no hot food since Wendy's provides it.) There were also some stands of interesting roadside attraction type candies, but the ones that I was looking for were not the ones that they had, sadly. Not a bad station... they have just about everything you need unless you want a hotdog. read more

TRAVELERS BEWARE My family and I were passing through Georgia and needed to get gas, a bite to eat, and to use the restrooms. Coincidentally, the store had three slot machines in which my family enjoys playing. We deposited money and played. When it was time for us to get back in the road, my 84 year old mother and brother had won close to $40. As patrons with $40 winnings, we asked the cashier in duty to help us figure out the collection process as there was no instruction or signage to help the patron. The cashier informed us that she doesn't know anything about the machines nor was she trained on it. We asked for the store manager. Unfortunately, there was no manager on duty. We were persistent to talk w a manager and expressed our intent to collect our winnings. Finally, the cashier was able to get the manager on the phone and points to her shoulder so that I can talk with manager. Little do I know, Her phone is tucked into her bra strap. Throughout the call, the cashier rudely continues to wait on other customers while I'm trying to talk w Manager. I ask her for the phone so I may step aside to have conversations w Manager. The whole thing was weird. Long story, but The phone conversation with store manager and cashier was unprofessional and not helpful. As a result, I contacted State Lottery Inspection board due to report their lack of training on machines and unwillingness to help us collect our winnings. TRAVELERS-the store owner CHOSE NOT to have any signage to help patrons understand slot machines and the staff won't help you. Please be informed that 1. Winnings must be used for in-store purchases. 2. You need a card of some sort to collect your winnings . 3. Georgia doesn't allow cash payouts. So I leave you with this question, if the staff lacks training, is resistant to instruct/help the patron collect winning, no signs to inform patrons about no cash payouts, and winnings must be used IN STORE purchases only, then where do the unclaimed winnings go at the end of the day? Is this a scam? Don't know, but those unclaimed winnings can surely buy be a lot of gas, food, or lottery tickets. read more

This station is a pit. Terrible rest rooms, poorly stocked, faucets broken, stall doors too damaged to close properly, dirty residue around sinks that you could scrape off. Toilets were filthy, 2 of the 3 were too dirty to use. Multiple Windshield cleaning stations out of water and towels. First pump I tried was broken but not marked as out of service. Me and my boyfriend were passing through on our way to Florida to work and stop to get gas. We are from Alabama so this is are first time at these shell station. I'm a Gambler and I like to play the gas store ding ding machines so i sit down and play after putting in 30 dollars a shell employee comes to me and says the machines aren't online and if i won it would be Thursday before they could put my money on a card. ok so she comes back over to me and says I wasn't going to win because they weren't online now I've got it up to $100 and a guy employee comes to me and said if i won anything I would get nothing. So why weren't there signs saying don't work or something. Don't go to this store. read more

If you ever find yourself driving south along 75, you're likely going to stop at this exit, and you may hit this shell. Whenever I have work towards the Valdosta area, I stop here both for fuel, something to drink, and lunch if I can help it, since there's a wendy's built into this place. Huge station with a lot of pumps and just off of the I-75 exit ramp for convenience. The staff is friendly with a clean interior/exterior, and you'll be hard pressed to find yourself waiting for a gas pump or a long line at the check out. I've stopped here several times on my road trips to Florida. This exit is a fabulous place to stop...loads of restaurants, Starbucks and gas stations. This Shell has a lot of pumps, competitive gas rates, clean store/restrooms and friendly service. Worst bathroom stop I have seen in a long time. The gas station and store are fine but the bathrooms were terribly dirty and smelly.

The gas here is the best around. It's so much better than other gas. Actually this place is good. I travel 520 frequently en route to Columbus and this is a stop I always make. Gas. Food. Restrooms. It's tough finding that on 520 in south GA. read more
