Upon calling them I find out that they allowed the ONLY MECHANIC to clock out...even though they knew I was waiting. The mechanic for the next shift, had not arrive yet and should've already been clocked in. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. They told me 2 hours to replace a mud flap...a 5 minute job. They told me last winter they couldn't replace my coolant filter because they didn't have any. They either make you wait or can't do it. They are useless!!! It has now been almost 5 hours waiting.
