This Shell is in a convenient location and the station itself is clean and easy to use. It does what it is supposed to do, and I have never had issues with the pumps or the setup. That said, the prices are definitely on the higher side compared to other nearby options. Because of that, this lands at 3 stars. Very rude management! I'm not going to include her face, but this woman was very rude to me. I got her on video cussing at me over toilet paper. I let her know I was sorry and my arm was broken so I did apologize and she started yelling at me saying " I fucked it up for everyone." Her words. She yelled at other customers asking to use the restroom implying I fucked it up as well. Even though I was apologetic, she called the police on me. Very bad customer service. Clean, pumps always work, and staff I've encountered have been friendly. I often fill up here.

Sucksssss! Car is dirty and doesn't dry well. Spots all over my car. Hate to take it somewhere else right after.

I came in to get gas before heading back home! The gentleman out front was very friendly and helpful!

Is there gas? Yes. Is there a carwash? Yes. Discount with carwash? Yes. Still more expensive than gas elsewhere, yes. Still spots on the car after wash? Also yes. I'm used to a drive thru carwash being fast and this one is not which would be fine if the car looked great. Paid for gas, selected carwash, left almost an hour later, there was only a few cars in front of me but it takes forever. I probably could have gone to a regular carwash in the same amount of time and had a car without drip marks all over it after, not for the same $13 of course. The gas is way too expensive. Slow service as cashier's are always trying to sell you something else I just want the gas to get to a cheaper station. I can see all the snacks drinks, etc. If I wanted anything I would already have it in line. read more

I had a very nice experience today at this Shell station. I was having a hard time operating the air machine this morning at around 9:15 and I asked the station attendant if she could show me how to operate the machine properly. She was very kind and probably realized I was kind of clueless ... She not only inflated my tires for me while I was checking the gages on my dash . I only had a single on me but wanted to offer something besides just a thank you. She refused to take the money and said it was her pleasure to help that it was her job. I know it really was not her job to do this but I so appreciated the help. I do not know her name but if the owner of this Shell station reads this. Give that woman a compliment maybe even a raise! I went to the location for Gas on sat may the 12 th As I entered a female black employee approached me. She was in the back room and was very rude. She shouldn't be working with the public. Just stopped for gas and saw one of the rudest person ever, an older Asian lady with a white cal poly sweater. A person in front asked for a car wash and she rudely answered wait I'm running a report, which is understandable, but not with an attire as we are your customers. Then after he paid and asked where is the code for car wash, she answered very rudely (if you read it carefully you will see it) instead of saying its at the bottom or where ever it is at. The staff is fine and friendly - however why is it that so many of the pumps do not work. We put our credit card in and it says APPROVED, yet when the buttons are pushed, there is nothing happening. Then we have to clear the card, move to another pump and hope it works, all this with the gas cap off and my wallet in plain sight on the seat. I go here to get a car wash and gas. I really like the car wash. I tried to call the station for the following but no answer. The soap is not coming out on the left hand side, only the right hand side. Hopefully the owner will read this. Also a complaint- the guy behind the cash register needs to actually wear his mask appropriately which does not mean down below his nose. I buy lotto and lottery tickets at this location because it is close to my home when I am a winner it is a big problem cashing anything in they have no money the machine is broken the lottery is closed at 8 so no cashing in just purchasing or the doors are closed they have to inform customers that they do not cash or redeem winners because they are only allowed to have a $100.00 cash in their drawers at all times and they would not have any cash if they cashed the winner lottery tickets CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE INFORMED we do not have money if you have any winners we just collect your money they should not be allowed to sell Lotto/lottery tickets of any kind they have their own set rules NOT rules from the state SHAME ON YOU... read more

They got a new car wash machine and the dryer does not dry. My car windshield and entire car was water spotted like it rained.

Beware of Mike, he is rude and will try and trick u out of ur $$. I turned in 2 winning lotto tickets to him ($50 and $20) and he handed me back the $20 saying it was previously cashed. So when he tried to pay me the other one ($50 I knew was a winner) he tried to pay me only $20. I told him I have the app and I know what I won. He got upset and told me to leave because I confronted him. I made him scan the ticket still in his possession and it was the $50 of course. So he tried to keep that one and scanned the $20 twice to show it "was cashed previously". I will talk to upper management about this incident. Who knows how many he has done this too. I've been to this location a handful of times & was always greeted by well mannered staff. I was here not too long ago, I came in to exchange three dollars into quarters; I asked Hispanic women, probably 40-55 in age, if I may have three dollars in quarters and she responded w/ an attitude, "Why?!". I responded to her that I needed change in general, so she responds, "We only give quarters to people who need to use the vacuum outside." Then proceeds to tell me to go down the street to the car wash to grab quarters from there...I told her I've always received quarters from the other staff/manager, & she responds, "I am the manager.", w/ the attitude that she already had YET she wasn't wearing her name tag, so who knows. Gas station is okay... the car wash stinks!!! I tried it again, hoping it would be better this time. I was wrong. The car wash wouldn't read my tires and I was stuck going forward and back. The gentleman who was in front of me decided to stop his car and block the exit so he could dry his car... why block an exit when there is a whole parking lot. Dumb cashier... Turned me and another customer away. I pumped my gas and the machine didn't print out a receipt so I went in to ask for one and to get a couple Monster drinks. The cashier lady days "oh crap...no, I can't do anything, you have to wait 10 minutes because of shift change". 10 minutes? If you want attitude when you're trying to get change after you fill your tank up, come here. There is an older Hispanic lady that was working the register and I had like a buck fifty in change from my fill-up and she could care less. She said hang on and then left the counter and went to the restroom for 5 minutes. When I tell her it's F-ing rude for her to do that she snaps at me and tells me not to curse at her and that I didn't have to come in and get my change.
