As you exit, you'll see Carter's ahead across 78. You make the left onto 78, a right at the light, and an immediate right on Motel Dr (the access road). There's nothing that really stands out there's nothing that really stands behind it's like any other flying J however congestion is the key word here gang. This place seems to stay slammed 24/7 not only what truckers but with travelers and a whole lot more. It's like any other flying J for the drivers the parking lot could be a little congested it's got his diesel pump scale showers laundry TV room etc. The employees are fairly cordial couple were a little attitude. But other than that like any other flying J it's pretty much just straight across the board what you would expect. So no need for a big long review I came in I only went to denny's had a nice breakfast and then there was the I got coffee used the can and I was gone.

About 10 minutes later, Truist emailed me stating Pilot in St. George charged me an additional $151. I called the store and the employee said it's a deposit fee and you they won't cancel it. I called Truist and Truist said it will take 7-10 business days to dispute the $151 charge. If you want to avoid this headache, buy your fuel somewhere else. Thankfully, it was easy to file complaints on the websites for the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission. Have fun dealing with those 3 agencies Pilot!

Then I was asking for 10 on my credit card in gas and I hit the wrong button and she got irate and told me that it failed and she "can't control " my card. I then told her to try it again to which she got all huffy. To which she did and my card worked. Made her customers feel stupid. Terrible service. Bad customer service. Will never return.

Least expensive regular gas at $1.83/9 a gallon for cash. Six cents more for credit cards. With rampant credit card skimmer fraud, I've gotten used to paying cash when stopping at gas stations outside my normal travel routine. That was a mistake at this particular place. Brian was the cashier and he was slow. Only one customer in front of me, but it took Brian almost nine minutes to process a check for him. Two other females working in the store, but they weren't taking care of customers. $40 cash filled my Nissan Armada and I was on my way with 3 king size candy bars at .99 each. At first, I thought the candy was short-dated, but I found them to have an expiration date of April, 2018. Store was older than most and could use a bit of TLC.
