My husband went the next day, Friday, at 7 am. They were open, but he was told the technician that does the alignments wouldn't be there for an hour and a half. The technician showed up at almost 9 am. He did not perform the alignment on the rear, only the front, he lost a lugnut, he only hand-tightened all the other lugnuts on the front tires, and the vehicles still makes the same noise it was making prior to the alignment (but only when the road curves to the right). He told my husband that the tie rods were worn and would need to be replaced "soon," not immediately. Is that what is causing the noise??? It is unfortunate that my husband wasted so much time and we wasted the money on such horrible work (we even had to buy a new lugnut since the tech lost one). I definitely will not return and will not recommend them to anyone. Had my husband not rotated the tires the very next day, this could have ended up with very serious repercussions due to shotty work that was performed on our vehicle.

This is a small, family owned company and they're often understaffed (as so many businesses are these days). But the owner always goes out of his way to make sure we're happy. The quality of work is excellent. Prices are fair market. There is always a wait, but you just need to be patient, bring a book or arrange service ahead of time. Making an appointment is best done in person. We purchased 4 new tires, had them on the day we scheduled and on time. Months later, we were so glad to be able to take advantage of their guarantee (can't recall exactly the title), but our tire repair was free. The owner remembered us and reminded us that we didn't have to pay! Grateful! Lots of parking, easy to access off the highway. Wheelchair accessible. Average shop lobby with TV and chairs. I even walked 2.5 miles down the road to the next exit to get diesel in a canister, but unfortunately, they were closed.
