We pulled in starving and wanting something hot. There was ample truck parking outside on unpaved…read moregravel mixed with dirt. Walking in the store looked pretty big. I noticed that the two cashiers were in conversation, it's probably why we didn't get greeted. First stop was to the restroom. Someone was in the woman's so I went into the next one that had a women, men and disabled sign on the door. It looked more like a shower room that has been used with towels on the floor and a dirty toilet. Instead of talking they could've had this cleaned. They weren't busy. I waited for the women's restroom to be free. Back out into the store, we both got fountain drinks and chose bacon cheeseburgers from the hotbox. Then we went to cash out interrupting the two cashiers from talking. A man waited on us, no name on his shirt. He didn't smile, didn't ask if we needed anything else, he just told us the total. My husband said he needed cigarettes, where the man got them and said he needed to scan Ross's I.D. We paid then waited for the receipt. He didn't give it to us so we asked for it, he gave it to us then went back to talk to other cashier again. The store looked clean, the bathrooms needed some work and the service I thought was rude. We probably won't stop here again. Back at the truck, the cheeseburgers tasted good except for the soft bacon was chewy.

This was once a great place with great customer service, but no more! I've noticed in the past 6…read moremonths how this store has consistently failed to deliver the product as in years past. Today was the last straw. Drove up to the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. I was the only one in line. At the window I saw workers moving about but no one addressed me, in other words a simple "we're busy but will be with you shorty", etc... I pressed the call button several different times over the course of 20 minutes. Finally a lady come to the window, pick up the phone and leaves. I press the call button again. A man comes to the window, holds his hand up to his ear as if he's talking on the phone, shrugs his shoulders and walks off. I'm throughly confused. I press the call button again, the same man returns, mimics talking on his hand phone. So I motion that I don't know what he wants me to do. He finally gets a ballpoint pen and writes a note, holds it to the window as if I could actually see this fine print. Again i motion that I don't understand. He opens the draw and sends the message out to me, saying the phones are down. Well I'm no genius but if I'm working in a customer service area of a business like Walgreens and the phones suddenly stop working, I'd write a note on a piece of paper, in bold enough print that could easily be seen by customers in the drive-thru, or I'd have that small note ready to pass through the drawer. Altogether I was 25 minutes picking up prescriptions and I was the only one in line. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Needless to say, I'll be I'll be switching pharmacies...

It would be so nice to have a drop off Lane so you don't have to wait 20 minutes behind 2 vehicles that I am sure were asked to drive around but won't and I don't blame them as I have done this and ended up behind a couple more people and waited way too long as my stuff was going to take 5 minutes and I was such behind someone that made me wait 15 minutes behind them. I would just go in but it's super inconvenient with 4 kids. The pharmacist even recognizes me and calls me by name when I am only picking to my son's meds. Very nice guy!

CVS is 2 stores: 1) a pharmacy and 2) a retail store. The pharmacy and drive-thru are excellent…read more The retail store had expired drugs on their shelves! Pharmacy staff is patient and thoughtful --Just amazing considering the pressure. The retail with over the counter store seems to have lost its soul! Prices on store goods are deceptively high. Guess the price. Aisles of products go unmarked and we are asked to detect prices on our own using an electronic scanner on the wall. Items are often placed under different prices when marked. I bought 2 allergy medicines then discovered both had expiration dates LAST year. The store manager had me buy a far more expensive bottle with many more pills than I needed of the same CVS brand to replace them. When they were expired too, I went to Walgreens across the street. It was the much better retail store! I like the pharmacists at both stores. I am appreciating the pharmacy services and knowledge.

Outstanding service from this group! We were broken down and parked on the side of the road with…read moreour trailer and Jerry's came to our rescue! Chad was our hero! Hooked us up and towed us to the nearest dealership for repair. Then gave us a ride to a hotel. Super guy and very efficient. These Oklahoma people thank you!!!!
