The clerk who came out was professional and said his manager doesn't want people parking there so I asked that they consider putting up a sign if that's what they want. I find it a bit crazy that the only person working behind the counter, takes time to tell someone to move their car when they recognize the driver was just in the store!

I did. ​ I waited. The signage changed and indicated '' thank you for choosing South Dennis Mobil''. I began again. The pump dispensed 19 cents worth of gas and stopped. The attendant came out again irate and screaming. Running at me in a threatening manner. As he reversed his path and walked to the door. I told him I was leaving and to not yell at Customers. This is not how you treat people, I am a 75 year old woman and his out of control behavior was daunting.

I'll take it to my mechanic I said. When I take my car to my mechanic he asks me to show him exactly what he did to indicate that my car had failed inspection. My mechanic told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and he must have loosened something then tightened it before I left. The pure and simple fact that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman is disgusting and I will never go there again. I'm also the daughter and granddaughter of mechanics so I'm not an idiot to things like this.

The gal at the desk was amazingly efficient and friendly and the interactions she had with a man who was clearly the owner, and the workers, were consistently pleasant and upbeat. I've been coming to this location for a little over a year, and I've noticed a consistent pattern…read moredepending on who is working. Beth is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service every time I see her. Unfortunately, my experiences with some of the other staff have been very different. There is a red-haired employee who often seems to have an attitude, especially if you arrive while she is outside smoking. There is also an older gentleman who has made inappropriate remarks about people's sexuality, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. Another female employee I've encountered tends to come across as sarcastic and rude during my visits. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when only one employee consistently provides positive service while the others do not, it's hard to give a good overall rating. I hope Beth understands that this review is not about her she has always been great. I'm sharing this because customers shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome depending on who happens to be working.
