    Deluca Gas

    (1 review)

First and foremost I have have been a customer of Deluca Gas for over 10 years. I have lived in…read morerural areas most of my life here in Colorado and also Texas and Oklahoma. Deluca Gas is by far the best propane company I have ever had service my homes. Over the years they have proven to be dependable and honest. The review posted by Susan L. seems to be a bit fabricated. I retired after 30 years of service from the natural gas / crude oil industry. I don't know exactly why Susan L. has negative feelings toward Deluca Gas, but I can tell you that "blowing gas off the back of the truck" probably didn't happen. Propane is stored and transported in sealed containers. When it is " blown" into the atomshpere it instantly vaporizes. The vapor expands 270 times from its liquid state. So if you have 1cubic ft of propane liquid it expands to 270 cubic ft when is released into the atmosphere. "Blowing gas off the truck" is not only extremely dangerous but you couldn't possibly do it with out the gas being seen, smelled or heared. Vaporizing a couple gallons would smell up a city square block no problem. And also she claims she was renting defective equipment that cost her thousands of dollars. A leak big enough to cost that much extra money would defintley be seen, smelled and heared by everyone in the area...... her claims are far fetched. Any way....... Deluca Gas has been great to my neighbors and I.
