I went in the bathroom with my daughter (the bathroom was disgusting.( There was blood in the toilet like it hasn't been cleaned all day the floor was filthy) and one of the workers named idel was being very rude. He started talking to the other customers about me going into the bathroom with my daughter. My husband asked him to mind his business. He astold my husband that it's his store and he could do whatever he wants, and then started, shoving his badge in my husband's face which is completely unacceptable and not OK !!!! By the time we ended up paying for our items he was swearing at us and telling us that he can't wait for us to write him up because it's his that nothing will happen to him. The other cashier working there from 4 to 12. He was really respectful. Check this out with no problem and apologize for the whole situation and said that he normally doesn't work with the person and said that he hopes we have a good night. Idel just needs to really work on his customer service And learn not to be yelling and swearing at customers specially when they have their child with them.

It has a nice coffee section as well as a smoothie section for those wanting something a bit more than your basic drink. There's an air and vacuum station (for a fee) where you can check the tires of your car and get the inside cleaned. Convenient to downtown, Fox Point, Thayer st area, it's convenient for Brown and RISD students as well.

Okay ... so I drive by here fairly often and have long wanted to check this place out. Signs advertise hamburgers, fried chicken and French fries. I stopped in around 10 a.m., so the deli / fast food part of the store was closed, but I was at least able to check out the rest of the store. My first impression was that the store did not appear very clean. The small coffee station was rather messy, and the floor and glass could have used a thorough cleaning. They have a basic selection of drinks, snacks and grocery items, although their frozen food section was very sparse. A sign inside advertised a selection of about a half-dozen sandwiches for only $4.95, but I was put off when I saw a full, uncovered trash can next to the deli - who knows how long that trash had been there, since it could not have been full from this morning. So although the sandwich prices looked appealing, the surroundings did not. About the only positives I observed there were good prices on energy drinks such as Kickstart (2 for $3), and hella cheap gas.

I felt compelled though to write this review after reading all the negative reviews in my opinion not about the actual business, but about the customers lack of due diligence before accepting service. Yes, this place is both self and full service. Yesterday I pulled in, I live on the East Side of Providence so Mineral Spring isn't a place I normally find myself, but alas! There I was in need of gas. I pull in, it's pouring out so I pull next to a pump that's covered by the canopy when an older gentleman appeared next to my window asking if "I wanted full or self" then followed up by saying "full is $.90 extra a gallon". With that information I decided to pump my own gas. I moved to another pump, went inside where the gentleman and I said I didn't need to save the money (I do drive a German sports car) and how many people he has to tell on any given day. We then discussed the rain, the Patriots and how quickly Thanksgiving is approaching. All this under a minute after which I went outside, pumped my gas and left. I feel most of the reviews people are just mad for not actually paying attention and rather than accepting they may have made a mistake, they will take it out on the business itself.

I got the gold package for $25, because of all the extra stuff including under carriage. What a waste of my $25!!! They cleaned my car in less than 10 minutes. That should have told me something. They vacuumed the floors well, but did a real awful job on the dash and all the spots that collect dust. How hard is it to take another 2 minutes to wipe the dashboard? It's just sad that they're charging the same amount as Rain, but do half the job. Lesson learned, stick to hand car washes!

The last 2 visits however, have been a little disappointing. The crew spent less time cleaning the interior and it shows. On my last visit I was the only customer so it can't be because they were very busy. I attribute it to poor work ethic on the part of the newer employees. Can't get good help these days.
