Very dirty place inside and out. Over flowing trash. No water to wash hands in woman's restroom. Coffee tasted like crap.

Advertised $4.29 on the sign, pulled up to pump and it said $4.58/gal. False advertising

This station is on the way to see family. We filled the tank and didn't have to interact with anyone.

Avoid this gas station. As like all the reviews on this Shell gas station location, I experienced the same rip off on gas ((upcharge of 30 cents per gallon) and filthy men's bathroom. Both urinals were covered up with plywood and the stall was being used so I used the ladies room. Also very filthy. I see on one of the other reviews it is stated that the men's bathroom was out of order ( Bought gas here and tried to use the restroom but was told the men's room was out of order. Don't buy gas at the SHELL station off Hwy 75 at 3801 NW Blitchton Rd, Ocala, Florida. I am on a road trip and encountered an unusual problem at your Shell station right off Hwy 75 in Ocala, Florida. The advertised price on their sign said 2.79 per gallon. Yet, the pump said 3..04 per gallon. I spoke to another customer pumping gas and he said they charge the 3.04 for credit card transactions and you only get the cheaper price of 2.79 if you go in and pay cash. Is this your company's usual business practice? I then drove across the street to a BP and paid 2.89 per gallon on my travel credit card. I will never go to another Shell station again after finding out you rip charge customers off. read more

This place is bad. Just drive in to another station. We were overcharged for gas because we used a credit card. The inside was worse. Bathrooms need repair. Who actually wants to put the paper they wipe with in an open trashcan? Very unsanitary!! read more

Buyer beware!!! Not many people look at reviews when buying gas. And I can't blame you. I can't even remember the last time I purchased gas and looked at the price. But today, when purchasing gas, I realized a large discrepancy between the price shown on display of $2.25 and the price I was paying of $2.54. When I asked the employee, he pointed to a sign on the counter and then said there are also signs at every pump. Although he was not lying, it can be a bit misleading if you're not used to this bait and switch payment technique. You only get the shown price if you are paying with cash or a shell card. read more

Gave them one star only because you cannot post without a star. They advertised one price for regular gas on the sign but they charged you .30 more per gallon if you pay for the gas with anything other than cash or a shell credit card. While we were there 4 other people complained about this as well. They did not clearly list this on the pumps either. The place was filthy inside and there was no toilet paper in the woman's restroom and only one of the two stalls was open. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

If I could give negative ratings I would. price on sign says 1.99 per gallon. I get it you use credit card it could be more, but debit cards are like cash. price for DEBIT CARD was $2.28 per gallon. tiny small sign says cash and Shell card. DON'T BUY YOUR GAS HERE! Fueled tank on 5/14/18 and about 5 or 10 miles away the car check engine light went on and the car started bucking and stalling out, we limped to the Disney hotel and upon shutting off the car it would'nt start again. Had to spend our first vacation day arranging for the car to be towed to a service station for repairs. After waiting hours for them to try to get us in, they confirmed water in the gas and saved the sample. We then proceeded to try and rent a car which was back at the airport, needless to say we did'nt get back til late that evening with a 3 yr. old and a 1yr. old! Total nightmare. We then spent the entire second day trying to coordinate with insurance company and repair shop to start repairs. Many phone calls later work was finally approved for Thursday late! Our vacation was over on Friday, still waiting to hear if the car was ready it is Friday morning and haven't heard the status other than our disney vacation wasruined and were out several thousand $$ for repairs, rental car expenses which was money to be spent at Disney! Please stay away from this station, upon contacting the gas station with the info that we got "bad gas" from their station they laughed at me on the phone and stated they did'nt have any other complaints, but it was pretty obvious what happened and we noticed the two pumps next to ours were "out of order" - Most expensive vacation ever! read more
