The…read morecar wash itself doesn't get every part of your vehicle but they have spray bottles and 1 billion towels so you can get out and wipe down what the wash misses. Vacuums are super high-powered and they keep up on the cleanliness of the facilities. It is stupid expensive for a single car wash, but if you plan to detail your car, it's understandable.

When I called to understand why the under body wash didn't happen they wanted me to bring my truck back to look at it. Seems like taking my info and giving a free wash would be more economical once they confirmed I did go through. Great try to impress customers with the improvements.
