I think they made a mistake on processing my tickets at first then I had to come back later in the day so they could correct it. Thanks to the brother behind the cash register at night time with the Jamaican accent and to the daytime guy with the hat and glasses. I appreciate. Even if I don't win anything, the help is appreciated. The desk to fill out your tickets is small, probably only for 2 ppl to write on. There are scratch offs too to play. Lines can get long but they're efficient. 5***** for the service I received from the workers 3*** for location and convenience store itself. I stayed at the Gaylord opry resort so the walk here ( Is a bit (if you don't have a car, the walk is ~0.6miles one way). At least you get kind of a workout in for the day, 30min walk one way depending on your pace and traffic. They have bathrooms too which is often used by passerby travelers filling up on gas. Bring a scent deodorizer to be safe lol. Bathrooms are next to the lottery counter desk.

This store is super close to the hotel where I'm staying. It takes less than five minutes by car. I came here to get some beverages. I ended up getting a twelve-pack of Diet Dr. Pepper. This store has everything you need. Fake nails? Yep. Shampoo? Sure. Advil? Yes. Sugar-free candy? Definitely. I was in the hair care section. There were two women getting hair dye. One was on the phone and abruptly left. Her offspring had swallowed something toxic, so she told the person on the other line to call 911. The other woman followed suit. I hope that everyone is fine. It was so unexpected to hear. This drugstore had a lot of plushies. It had Disney pride plushies. There were along a bunch of Squishmallows. Everything made me happy. I went to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a man help me. He was friendly. I entered my phone number to take advantage of discounts. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. My second visit was at around 10:40 pm on my birthday. I wanted to grab a bite to eat. Nothing major. I wanted a snack of some sort. The local Taco Bell was closed. I came to this Walgreens, and it was closed, too. The reason why I was disappointed was that this drugstore is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, according to the sign outside. It shuttered at 10 pm and was scheduled to reopen at 8 am, according to another sign. Bummer. It's a good drugstore. I was so apologetic but these beautiful angels assisted me, while I was in the store, and made certain that I made it to my vehicle without hurting myself any further certain, because I wasn't 100% stable on my left knee. They were so happy to be of assistance and they took pride in their jobs. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. These two young ladies excelled in customer service.
