We visited at around 6:30pm on a Monday night and hardly anyone was there! We immediately snagged a front row parking spot and headed in. Sure, there were other people here but we weren't bumper to bumper with the carts. Everything was well stocked, the warehouse was clean, and everything was easy to find. Costco has gotten expensive and some things are definitely cheaper elsewhere. However, this made for a good run when the fridge and freezer were empty. Our cashier was very friendly and quick with our checkout. 10/10 would definitely go to Costco again after work on a weekday!

Some of the grocery and other items are overpriced -- but that should be expected. They don't have a sign to display their gas prices, so you feel committed once you pull up to the pump and you notice the prices. The price per gallon is $0.10-$0.15 more than most places around time. For convenience of this area (I live just down the road), it's a great place to stop in and get some last needed items and snacks.

I came in for a simple TRAILER BRAKE ADJUSTMENT. Before even properly looking at my trailer, I was told I needed NEW SLACK ADJUSTERS. Apparently they have X-ray vision now and can diagnose bad parts from across the shop. Then they told me they wouldn't adjust the trailer brakes. Alright... no problem. I called a third-party mobile mechanic. He showed up, actually looked at the brakes, made the adjustment, and was DONE IN UNDER 2 MINUTES. Two minutes. No new slack adjusters. No parts cannon. No big repair bill. Just someone who knew how to adjust the brake. If you're going to tell an owner-operator that parts need replacing, maybe actually inspect the equipment first. Truck drivers already lose enough time and money on the road. We shouldn't have to worry about being told we need parts before anyone even checks the truck. Love's Mt. Juliet: before trying to sell truckers new parts, maybe invest in some training and teach the shop how trailer brakes and slack adjusters actually work. Save yourself the headache. Based on my experience, if you need a simple trailer brake adjustment, call a mobile mechanic. He might have you back on the road before Love's finishes telling you what parts they think you need. ONE STAR. The mobile mechanic earned the other four.
