Spacious. Also, they have separate pump gun for V-Power, so it won't mix with other grades gas.

I have been dropping by Comebuy shortly after the pandemic had started and haven't stopped. Next…read moredoor to it is a convenience store. I rarely have a need to visit it after fetching my bubble tea. I have always been curious about what it has to offer. Last night, I put my bubble tea in my car and decided to drop in. Its name boggles my mind. The only sign that you get when you're standing in front of the store is Convenience. I thought that was its name. I went on Google Maps when I got home and it's listed as D MK Convenience. Yep, it rolls off the tongue. So smooth... NOT! Yelp has coined it MK Convenience. Frankly, I don't know anymore. Isn't it ironic that its business name isn't making the life of a customer convenient? It's clear as mud. What does D MK stand for? Dinosaurs Miss Knowledge? Don't Mock Knives? Dismiss Muttering Knights? Anyway, it's worth dropping by. For a convenience store, it offers a decent assortment of merchandise. Do you need a gift, live in downtown Markham, and don't have a car? Come here. There are assorted gift bundles to wow your special gift recipient. Otherwise, hand over some exotic chips or shrimp-flavoured chips to a friend just because would make that person happy. My weakness is popsicles. I ended up getting a Swedish Berries one. I like the gummy version. I also love this popsicle. The beverage section is impressive. You can get peanut punch by Grace, an assortment of Milkis flavours, Budweiser zero beer, Coca-Cola pure coffee, and more. I was mesmerized by the assortment. Who knew? Need Tylenol? A screwdriver? A pen? Ice? A bong? This store has you covered. If you are wondering, the bongs are by the checkout. I headed over there to pay for my item and a woman sprung from the floor as if she was an aspiring frog. It was unexpected and different. The light above the cashout area flickers. A fellow customer behind me noted that. "It feels like a disco here," he said. "Yes, minus the music," I remarked. "It's easy getting a seizure looking at it," he noted. "I hope not!" I said. The woman behind the counter was nice, but obviously wasn't into our conversation like we were. Here's hoping that she does get the light bulb changed. I paid using my debit card. I tapped on a fancy tablet, entered my cell phone number to get a text receipt, and I was all set. I thanked the woman, said goodnight to the man, and left. I had my popsicle in my car as I drove home. Yummy! Not mushy. Not too hard to chip teeth. Perfect! I'll need to come back to gorge on Danish butter cookies, Canada Dry ginger ale (they come in bottles), and Uncle Rays chipotle and jack cheese chips. I'll save getting a bong until I know what the real name of this convenience store is. (424)

Every single time I have gotten what I want as the item is there If I went to the next closest one at Fairview Mall then my chances drop to about 70%. This is a bigger Shoppers with a beauty boutique - the sales people are really friendly and will help you find what you are looking for. It's never too busy - although some reviewers stated that on Seniors Day it gets packed. That's no surprise given the area around the store is mostly senior residences. This store also has a small grocery section as well. So if you need a lipstick colour, want to get some new scented body lotion and some chips then you can come here. How else am I going to get all dolled up to sit on the couch and watch Netflix without my local Shoppers helping me look good?!

V-Mart Convenience - A sticker reminder of this store being a Becker's in the past

I did something ridiculous today. I brought my car in to get winter tires. Normally, I remember to detach my house keys from my car key fob. I forgot. I got a shuttle home and realized that I didn't have my house keys. I tried to get the attention of my shuttle driver, but he was too busy looking straight ahead in the opposite direction. It's -14°C outside. As tough as I am to stay out on my door stoop, I decided to walk five minutes over to the plaza in which this store resides until my boyfriend returns home, which is just an hour. I wasn't sure whether this store accepts debit cards. I asked the kind man at the counter. It does. Yay! I was thirsty and got a Diet Pepsi. I also noticed the numerous dark chocolate Bounty bars and got one. I then paid. This store has a table in front of the lottery section. I asked him if it was okay to sit there for a bit. He was fine. I liked how understanding he was. The seats are padded. I can't complain. There are also bongs and vapes. It's amazing what I discover! The interior isn't the most attractive. However, it does have everything you expect from a corner store. To support my recollection that this store used to be a Becker's, there is still a sticker with its logo where the trash area is. I spent nearly an hour at the store. I am thankful that I passed the brief time in a warm store. (255)

Scanning this barcode at the locker is the key to opening the locker and fetching my package. I typically go to the Amazon locker at Whole Foods. A couple of days ago, the entire Amazon locker had no power. My guess is that the thunderstorms and power outages affected this Amazon locker. I couldn't fetch my package. I had made another order. I couldn't select my usual locker. It was obviously out of service so the option was removed. Instead, I chose to pick up my order at New Gen Superstore. It's in a small plaza on the southeast corner of Brimley Road and 14th Avenue. It's also closer to my home. There was plenty of parking when I came here after I was done working from home. I backed into a spot and walked in. This place is a large convenience store. I looked and didn't see any lockers. I had the nicest man behind the counter interact with me. I asked him if this place was an Amazon location. He said yes. I said that I had an order. He asked for my name. I provided it and he went over to the other side of the room to fetch it. I also got a barcode in my inbox from Amazon. He scanned it from his phone. He then scanned the barcode on the package to indicate that it was picked up. We had a nice chat. His store is also a full-service FedEx. Nice! This store had a lot of snacks and cold drinks. What stood out was a lot of space devoted to lottery tickets. You could sit down with your scratch-and-hopefully-win tickets and play until you are rich or poor. This store is cool in my books. When I saw the peanut M&M's guy with a bunch of candy, I knew that I would love this store. I had a great experience here. I'd return to check out the drinks and more. It will likely be my new Amazon location for order pickups. (275)

Tips: - This store offers canned drinks at $1.50 each,…read moreincluding a decent variety of Fanta flavours. - Cash, and credit and debit cards are acceptable payment methods. On Monday, I had spent some time in a plaza with a ServiceOntario and a Calabria Bakery. I felt accomplished getting a replacement accessibility parking permit for my mom and a veal sandwich for me, respectively. I realized that I didn't have a drink. Lucky Convenience was between these two businesses. I thought that getting a drink from this store would be perfect. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice woman behind the counter. My guess is that business was slow, as she seemed genuinely happy to see a human walk into her store. I saw frozen treats. Part of me wanted a popsicle, but I needed a drink to accompany my sandwich for lunch. This store has a decent variety of cold drinks. I saw Fanta in cans. I knew that I wanted one, but I didn't see any prices. I asked the woman how much a can was going for. She said $1.50. i said that I'd get two. That price is decent. It has no tax on it. My Fanta drinks consisted of these flavours: - Berry - Pineapple I paid with a five-dollar bill. Yes, I had cash. No, there isn't an apocalypse happening. I got change back. It felt like I was going back in time, paying without ever hearing about credit and debit cards. I thanked the woman. She seemed happy that I had stopped by, bought some items, and paid with cash. The drinks were cold. I drank the berry one on my way home. I loved it. It was berry, berry good. I've been craving a pineapple drink. I got my fix having pineapple Fanta with my veal sandwich. It was refreshing and perfect. When I'm back at this plaza, I'm returning here for drinks and possibly a popsicle. I had a terrific experience. (420)
