It's the Light_skin_dragon coming to you live with needing fuel, I got off work and was on E, I drove and since I have the shell app I like to support the cause or the brand. I used to go to Arco but now I am enjoying shells much more. I went in to buy some items that was on the app to get a few cents off my gas. I bought a coconut water, and some stardust gummies. I saved an additional 6 cents per gallon. Chi Chung thr guy was nice but did not know how to work the app. So I had to figure it out. He was pleasant so I have nothing bad to say. Plenty of available stations, and it is quite. So I have nothing much to say. Get your gas. It's rising again. That does suck 5.59 for some gas because I used credit card. read more

Came here one night just before midnight as it was lowest price in area on Gasbuddy. Station was clean enough. Attendant let me in store. Yet when it came to using my Shell Rewards, employee Manano(sp?) said he didn't know why the register wasn't letting the discount apply. This is getting all too common with gas stations now especially during pandemic. Particularly independent franchises using the corporate brand but not abiding by company policies. Maybe there really was tech problems. But after some back and forth checking the price at the pump and then canceling and prepaying the transaction again, Partial but not complete discount was applied. Disappointing though how desperate or greedy fuel retailers have to be now. read more

I'm very picky when it come to where I pump gas. This station has it all. Amenities: This gas station has a car wash for when you can't get the real thing--Awesome!! Car was starts at $7. They have a working air pump and vacuum spot. Vacuum is a $1.00 in quarters I believe. Mini Mart and... Usually their gas prices are on the lower end, and all the times i've gone I'be never had to wait. Overall Good read more

WORST GAS STATION EVER!!!!! I had a Fuel Rewards credit for 33 cents off a gallon, so I drove across town to the cheapest Shell station, and the guy with the goofy reddish hair dye couldn't get the thing to work!! I called Fuel Rewards, they told me I had to wait till the points expired, and they would put them back on.I did that, schlepped all the way back to the same station, and AGAIN the same guy couldn't figure it out!!! Total waste of time and gas! Never hitting the station again! I then drove all the way to the next cheapest Shell at Platt & Victory, where "Lulu" totally figured it out!!! .....Quite unbelievable!!!! read more

It's a shame I have to leave this review but there always seems to be one night worker at these places that is just a flat out lazy bastard. Like the one working here tonight Thursday November 18th. I come in here all the time late night to play lotto I spend hundreds of dollars here. Then I see this guy who has a putrid smell and looks homeless standing behind the counter and he flat out lies to me and goes "machine not working" when I can see the goddamn screen on it. It's a gas station. They have gas. Prices are usually comparable to the 76 across the way. The car wash is decent but there's a hand car wash (Topanga Car Wash) right next door. One thing I don't like is the squegees, they all suck. Rubber is old and leaves my windows streaky so I always have to wipe & dry with paper towels. read more

Just saw a guy a flat tire and they wouldn't turn on the air unless he paid for gas, which he didn't have money for. No other Gad station does this now a days. Blown away how the manager was having a kick out of not turning the air on for the guy. The worst gas station in The Valley read more

I came to the this gas station for the very first time and decided to use their drive-thru car wash. This turned out to be a bad idea. The first time I drove into the car wash, the machine stopped midway and didn't continue the wash. I advised the clerk inside, whom I purchased the wash from, but he immediately told me it was all my fault and gave me a huge attitude. I told him I didn't want my money back, I just wanted a wash. He contributed on to say he was now losing a "wash" for allowing me to go again. After the second wash, which was successful this time around, I found the clerk waiting for me at the end of the drive way just so he can continue blaming me and would not stop harassing me. I tried to drive away quickly but he was too close to my car. I've never had this experience with a clerk over a car wash. I won't be coming back here again. I wish I could've gotten the clerks name. All I know is that hes an older man with a beard and red hair. And I literally mean red. Worst customer service ever! read more

Car wash never works right!!!! Paid $9 to soap half my car down then have the older guy worked no the counter walk out look at my car and says it's fine! There was dirt on the back which he ignored then walks in and saying no refund. I've come here enough now to know it's screw the customer and I won't be coming back!! This place is trash. Your cashier I believe her name is Carmen or Karen is a thief (today less than an hour ago). Paid $30 to pump gas, a $20 a $5, and $5 singles. The pump only reached up $10, went inside and asked what had happened and blatantly lied that only $10 were given to her. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to the manager! 1 star only because I had to!!! I will NEVER give these people my business. My daughter drove her car thru the car wash. Truck in front of her almost got slammed into the side wall. He pulled out. Her car got slammed into the side wall and smashed her front bumper and light out. She quickly went in to get the manager. Manager saw the car gave her number to call and the WAR began! Absolutely the worst gas station I've EVER been to. The main Mohammad's cruel and nasty attitude. I stopped to buy my two year old son a popsicle - knowing that shell carries his favorite minion choice of dessert. Within a minute my sons popsicle fell into 4 pieces - one minute - we spun on our heels to try to make and exchange. I explained to Mohammad that his popsicle fell apart, in which he became irate shouting at me that he would not exchange. The gentleman in line was so drawn aback that he quickly withdrew two dollars from his pocket to correct the situation, might i add my at this point balling in tears toddler was in complete shambles. In response i quickly thanked the gentle man savior and ran to the car toddler in hand to repay him. He explained that it wasn't necessary and told me to write up a review. So that led me to this. Paid at the pump for a car wash . Pulled up to the car wash it was closed went inside to see if they could open it they said the car wash was broke ( they probably should not let the pump sell you a wash than) I said ok give me my money back they said no come back another time after it is fixed whenever that is . I had to get to work so no time to argue so I guess I will have to keep checking to see if it is working so I don't lose my money after that I will never go there again . read more

This place deserves no stars. We used the car wash three times. The first time, it didn't dry so they gave us another receipt to try again. The second time wa fine until it finished washing and we were about to pull up to dryers, but soap was sprayed onto our car again. For the third time, soap was sprayed on again while we were going to the dryers. Finally, we just gave up and went to the water station and payed another dollar to clean it off ourselves and of course the water was barely coming out. The worker was so unhelpful with everything and i would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

We had pulled into this station for some refueling and our car's battery died out. In hope of getting help from some one, we decided to buy the jumper cables from this station. We tried a couple of times to start the car with this cable and it would not bulge. Frustrated, I decided to go back home and get the cable from my other car. Voila, the car started up fine. We tried again with the earlier cable and it didn't work. We went back it to the attendant to say that this product they sold did not work and we could prove it. The attendant named Prasad with a sly smile said that it did not matter since they will not refund anything. His attitude was unbelievably unkind and prompted me to make sure I do my business elsewhere. If they sell no quality products, who knows what the gas quality is like... read more
