I've had a couple people try to sneak in when there were people waiting who entered via Garnet. 3) I think over time, the hose lengths for the main sprayer/Brush have reduced a bit (maybe as they fix issues). With a full sized car, it's getting tight to get around the car to all the nooks and crannies. So maybe get some longer hoses...and NGL, I hate the coiled up hose...thankfully I only need it for my wife's car that comes in once a month. The employees at Stars & Stripes Carwash and Detail overpromised how long it would take to do the job. I arrived at 9:45 AM for my 10 AM appointment. I left at 4:25 PM, hours after the promised completion time. At about 3:30 PM I finally asked how much longer would it take to complete the job. An employee told me the job was almost complete, the only thing left was the windows. "Almost complete" ended up being nearly one hour later. I am an elderly man with certain health conditions. The high temperature that afternoon was 90 degrees. The waiting area is outdoors, not the best place for me on a very hot day with a very long wait for completion. I was not provided with any progress updates. I was not informed of any delays. If the employees had provided me with an accurate estimate of the duration of the job, I would not have waited at the carwash. I would have grabbed an Uber home and waited to be called when the job was completed. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.

I am glad I tried this place; I have been coming here ever since. I get the $14 wash, and it does a good job. They also have two staff members hand-dry your car after the wash. The vacuums are strong, and the staff are not strict about time limits. Just be mindful of others if there is a line. Enjoy washing your car!
