Are not to be at all the case with this establishment. I thought they were absolutely wonderful!, Incredibly on point... Very organized, courteous, beyond professional... The place was quick and thorough and they have a great little gift shop with fabulous cards you can buy... Sometimes the best cards are at the car wash! I paid 39.99 for mine and got the silver wash... Rivan was the man who helped me when I first pulled up. I told him I wanted to put a bottle of water from my car into my window washer fluid... I was going to do it myself, and he kindly offered immediately to do it for me. So nice! And in the car wash that I bought... It comes with an interior scent. I'm not a fan of these scent sprays in those packages so I asked if I could swap that out for one of the little scented trees in the gift shop. He said no problem... I thought that was incredible! Everybody here is really nice and you get the feeling that there's a lot of really good teamwork going on here... And they even have a little coffee station and a very lovely waiting room with beautiful leather, modern furniture... They took a lot of time to detailing my interior and dressing my tires with the shiny stuff... Felt like a very luxurious experience and I think the price is incredibly fair. when I came out to my car, the gentleman who had been wiping my interior dashboard... I asked him if I could use the towel and just wipe a couple spots that were bothering my OCD... He gave me the towel, no problem and was so kind and sweet towards me. I love this place! This is my new place... I used to go to the one on Pacific Highway down by Seaport Village... And I live over there! I happened to be in La Jolla today so I came here but this is now going to be my new car wash... They are the best! So happy... I even tipped five dollars on top of the car wash. So well worth it.
