But first I needed to go to the restroom I asked if I needed a key to use the restroom the cashier looked at me from top to bottom and asked if I was gonna buy something ? wow !!!never never in any of the gas stations I go they ask this question my car is outside at the pump and he is making me feel bad. I said yes I'm going to buy something I spent almost 100.00 in gas tried to get a drink and machine was down. Very bad service. !!! Fortunately, I did not have the same experience as everyone else who wrote a review. It was simply an average visit. They do not go the extra mile in terms of having good service or a nice looking store. They were not bad either, though. Would I return? Probably not. I called to notify him that there was an issue with my account, I cant call my credit card company Im a student and need to buy book this week with it and they will lock my card. I can't believe how terrible this man will treat a customer. When I pulled in to get gas, went in, bought a tea $1, 3 slim jims for $1 and $10 gas total= $12. When I went back out I realized my tank was on the wrong side, put the nozzle back in the machine and turned my car around, the owner came out and said no you put it back so the computer cancels it. I said okay, is it going to charge me still? he answered nonono. I go back in pay again. That night I see on my account that Ive been charge $12, then again $10, then again $10. When I called the girl working said he wouldn't have a problem reversing the fees if I show him my statement to call back and make sure before I come by the next day he is working. So the next day I call and the OWNER answers, all he keeps saying is it will refund one of the payments....but I was charged three times not twice. Then he claims that I was charged because I swiped it not because he charged it....but I slid it twice!! Then he repeats you will be refunded one charge! SERIOUSLY!!! You charged me $32 and I spent $12.(even after I asked him if it would charge again because I knew it would happen) and he has the nerve to tell me its my fault?!! People deserve to know YOU ARE A TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!! He refused to give me the company that handles his transactions which leads me to believe he did this manually and probably does it often. I check All my account every night and keep all my receipts. I will report the fraudulent activity but people also deserve to know about this!!

Terrible customer service. We have gone here numerous times with no problem with fueling up with…read morethe Ernify app. Should've known when there was a problem even starting to use the pump that this was not going to be a quick trip. Even going inside the guy refused to give a receipt because the app wouldn't stop saying I was still fueling at the pump. He didn't know how to help me and thankfully there was a gentleman who was also there to fuel up (and he was at the pump I just used). He was able to help figure out the issue.
