But first I needed to go to the restroom I asked if I needed a key to use the restroom the cashier looked at me from top to bottom and asked if I was gonna buy something ? wow !!!never never in any of the gas stations I go they ask this question my car is outside at the pump and he is making me feel bad. I said yes I'm going to buy something I spent almost 100.00 in gas tried to get a drink and machine was down. Very bad service. !!! When I called the girl working said he wouldn't have a problem reversing the fees if I show him my statement to call back and make sure before I come by the next day he is working. So the next day I call and the OWNER answers, all he keeps saying is it will refund one of the payments....but I was charged three times not twice. Then he claims that I was charged because I swiped it not because he charged it....but I slid it twice!! Then he repeats you will be refunded one charge! SERIOUSLY!!! You charged me $32 and I spent $12.(even after I asked him if it would charge again because I knew it would happen) and he has the nerve to tell me its my fault?!! People deserve to know YOU ARE A TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!! He refused to give me the company that handles his transactions which leads me to believe he did this manually and probably does it often. I check All my account every night and keep all my receipts. Terrible customer service. We have gone here numerous times with no problem with fueling up with…read morethe Ernify app. Should've known when there was a problem even starting to use the pump that this was not going to be a quick trip. Even going inside the guy refused to give a receipt because the app wouldn't stop saying I was still fueling at the pump. He didn't know how to help me and thankfully there was a gentleman who was also there to fuel up (and he was at the pump I just used). He was able to help figure out the issue.
