Absolutely ridiculous and had no compassion for my situation. Really disgusted by this experience! Instead of it being a quick 1hr trip it was easily 2 hours because of this. Do better Costco. Although the prices are good, unless you are going to the drive-thru Starbucks next door or looking to get some of 7-Eleven's yummy snacks (I love the pizza and wings), then I would recommend just going to ampm across the street, as there are more pumps, it's the same gas prices, and their parking lot is more accessible from all directions.
