Going into it, we had watched many tiktoks with recommendations of what to try such as the Beaver Nuggets, brisket sandwiches, and beef jerky, but we ended up with so much more! First off, I wish California gas stations were like this. We went to one of the smaller Buc-ee's, but their selection of gas station snacks were still amazing! Additionally, I loved how their fountain soda was SO cheap! It's very true that everything is bigger in Texas. Highly recommend Buc-ee's for a fun place to stop if you're a tourist! I'd even visit here if I wasn't a tourist! :)

This specific location was smaller than I thought. It had just about everything that made Buc-ee's social media famous though. Very very clean inside. Very organized. The green sauce is pretty spicy and absolutely delicious! I visit this place 1-3 times a week for breakfast on my way to work. JR's Express while on my way to the Hobby Airport Rental Center…read more I rarely take the fuel option at National Rental Car being the cost to fuel is not a real bargain unless you bring the car back empty since the option requires buying a full tank. This station appears to be well maintained and more competitive that stations closer to Hobby. If there are any negatives in regards to fueling here while traveling to the airport it's the entrance which is on the opposite side of the boulevard and a U-turn is required to access it and exiting requires you to transverse a normally busy two lane road. I didn't interact with any of the employees here but it was a pretty busy place during my visit so it seems they have a loyal clientele...

The gas price is cheaper than its competitor which is nice and it doesn't do that "cash price" "credit price" garbage either. I hate that! One price for gas and that's it. This store is super clean and they have their deli area up and running super early. My absolute favorite thing is the hatch chili sausage kolache. It's sooooooo good and always hot and freshly made. I also like their hand dipped peppermint snaps. They have little pieces of peppermint candy and white chocolate, They're perfect. I did not like the whoopie pie with peppermint, though. Definitely pass on those. Another reason I love this place is because of coffee! They have dark roast, house blend, pecan blend! And decaf, I don't even know why decaf exists, but they have it just in case people actually drink it. They also have cappuccino machines which Mexican hot chocolate, which is my favorite! They have a ton of flavorings as well, like half and half, vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, oh and they come in the sugar free variety too.

Shell Gas Station on Pearland Parkway totally incompetent. Gas pump out of V Power ($3.39/gal.)…read more Therefore, I selected Shell Plus ($2.89/gal.) a small purchase to make to a station with my preferred gas. The attendants were too incompetent to even check the pump to determine the mishap with the V Power pump. Needless to say, I didn't receive the $.60/gal. difference in cost. They lied that they didn't own the pumps and Shell did. Then they wanted me to believe there is nothing they could do because I paid outside. Moral of this story is check your receipt and is the pump for the gas you don't want doesn't work go to another pump or on this case more replica station. And to add insult to the experience, they insist I come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Remember they don't own the pumps. Then they give me a bogus phone number. Buyer be aware!!! Just because it looks legit doesn't mean it not a scam.

Additionally, location has several slush/slurpee machines filled with every different flavor under the sun. Building is in a nice neighborhood and is very clean.
