We tried a Cumby one town over for coffee on e Sunday when taking a drive and all I can saw is HOOKED! I have a favorite local coffee shop i get coffee from during the week but the are closed weekends and frankly the coffee at chains like Brueggers, Starbucks and Panera just doesn't do it for me for the price. Today, I stopped in this Cumby to see if they had the same great coffee set up as the neighboring town and they do!! It is bright and cheerful inside and VERY spacious. The coffee area is clean , well supplied and plenty of room for making your coffee just like you enjoy! What makes it for me is the free flavor shot which just elevates the coffee to a new level. And 99 CENTS?!?! Crazy! I'm a new fan and will definitely make this my weekend coffee stop!Nice job Cumby with the renovations and design! Very customer friendly!

First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

He is ALWAYS on the phone and you can be standing at the counter waiting to pay and he just doesn't seem to care. He's always busy doing something else and doesn't even acknowledge you. It would be nice to at least say "be with you in a moment" or "sorry about the wait", but no. Just another example of how the simplest common courtesy is overlooked or showing no care of how to conduct your business with a little customer service. I stopped in for my last visit this past week. There was a woman ahead of me trying to buy gas and she wanted to pay half cash and half credit. The clerk said "oh yeah, you can swipe the card at the pump" and then turned his back and was on the phone again. She had her cash out and asked if she could pay the cash portion now and credit outside but the guy wasn't even paying attention, and continued his conversation with what sounded like was a vendor. So I got the guys attention and said this lady wants to pay for her gas with cash, then he finally turned around and took her money. I put my red bull down and walked out. Never going back. Try Glastonbury Global down the road instead. At least they have some appreciation for their customers.
