I gave the middle rating because there was one really good thing and one really bad thing. One of the guys that works there, a younger guy went out of his way to order a dessert that I used to get there, but their listing says open 24 hours and they're never open 24 hours. The owner is a real asshole. I went there and bought a soda and a bag of chips and took my lunch. I drive a box truck and am on the road all day. I have to take 30 minutes everyday. I park in gas stations all the time never have an issue. But this clown comes out screaming at me telling me I can't park here, this is a business. So I move my truck to the side street right next to the gas station. Well that wasn't good enough he came back over to me and told me he was calling the cops right now. This is a business. I told him I'm a paying customer. Didn't matter to him. He was still a complete asshole. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't give this place another penny. I can't express how much of an asshole this guy was. No surprise when I came on here to write the review that they had a shitty rating. Do not go there. The manager is a jerk. I parked out of the way in my work vehicle and before I could get out the manager pulled up and rudely told me I couldn't park there And at the same time he was reaching in his jacket for something, I asked him what he was reaching for. Nice Gas station from far away. I've been here a couple of times both times the gas pumps were gross. The second time and my last straw it was covered in spiders and Webs. Could not even pump because some of the biggest spiders were alll over on top of you and on the pump handles. Inside was nice. read more

My 4 year old daughter had to go to the bathroom very badly. The door was locked and no one was inside. I explained to the employees that it was an emergency and begged they open the door for her and they said no that they didn't want people using their bathroom. My daughter almost had an accident while we drove around looking for somewhere else. read more

This is a gas station and a liquor store. I avoid going here because everyone that works here, in my experience, is completely apathetic TO WOMEN. When I come in with or without my kids, no one says "hi" or "thank you." It's very awkward when I am paying for the transaction and the person behind the register won't tell you your total, make eye contact, or communicate in any way. When I am with my husband, the whole mood changes. It's "hey! Buddy! How're you doing?!" Then talking to my boys "you guys can each take a banana for free!" The soda machine wasn't working, and my husband told the older guy, who comes over and is tinkering with the machine. A lady goes up to the counter and my husband says "you can check her out, I'll look around" and the owner says "she can wait!" They have a nice liquor section, but their prices are very high, the only reason I go here is when I'm extremely pressed for time. Avoid this store if you can! read more

managemen/ staff is extremely rude , I parked my work vehicle out of the way and was finishing some paperwork (had to mark down a time, that is all was there a few minutes at most ) and was going to go buy a drink , someone came out of the store and proceeded to rudely address me , when I tried to explain I was just marking down the time then I was going to buy something, just repeatedly said i can't park there , so I said ok , and then when I tried to leave he blocked my path trying to make me go out the wrong exit into construction, and afternoon traffic.not that my one sale is going to make or break them , but if you value not being treated like human garbage and a retailers who treat you(the people who pay there bills ) with respect I would shop elsewhere read more

The cash register employees are lways rude with service every single time I enter. They never say thank you or even greet you upon coming to register. I am forced to sometimes go there due to it being my neighborhood gas station. I then addressed it and stated you guys should say thanks to customers. They stated back. You should be thanking us for serving you ... that's the most rudest customer service I ever received. I will never be back and I will report this to corporate. This will not go unnoticed. BP Gas Station & Sunshine Market. I've never given a Review for a Gas Station so here goes... I drive by this location in Novi at 13mile Rd & Novi Rd's nearly everyday. It's obviously a Gas station... but also its a mini-market. Inside they have what appears to be one of the largest Liquor & Wine selection of any store outside of Detroit. They sell various Food stuffs as well all the normal stuff you'd get at a 7-11, Lottery, Candy, Snacks, Pop, Coffee and there is also a Deli Counter touting fresh home made sandwiches, however I've never seen anyone working the counter. The main honcho is Alaa. If you stop by in the Morning you are guaranteed to see him. He calls everyone Chief or Boss. And He is extremely friendly to everyone. Often he will give people a hearty handshake upon seeing you. During the Day one of his Daughters is running the counter and in the evenings 2 very friendly young guys are there running the show. I see them all the time but have never learned their names. The place is open early about 5am and open till Midnight. Which is real nice for that neighborhood. Sometimes I wish they were open later but as usual there is not much of anything Open that late in that area anyway. One of the best parts about this location is they sell E85 for the Flex Fuel folks and they sell Diesel. Of course if you go inside Pay with Cash your Regular/Plus/Premium Gas Price goes down a few cents - it can really help. They have plenty of pumps - if I remember right, up to 16 cars at a time can pump fuel/gas. My only major issues is Getting In/Out and Parking... when the Pumps are busy, Getting In & Out and trying to Park is a big pain. read more

I live very near to this gas station/liquor/convenience store/palace that is housed in a building that's about three times larger than necessary. Good selection of product, prices are ok. Most of the people who work there are friendly and polite. Why is my rating so low? It's because of the Cranky Old Man™ who works there. This guy seems to think he's Napolean, perhaps because he works in the neighborhood gas station/palace. Here's the evidence: My sister was passing through town on her way to a delivery. We don't see each other often so I decided that I'd go with her to the delivery. There's not a great place to place to park a large truck conveniently around here, but she was picking me up in the very early morning so not a big deal, right? Napolean says, "Wrong." Sis arrived to pick me up and pulled over on the side of the street in front of the Sunshine Market at something like 3:45 am. It took me a few minutes to get myself out the door and over there. I hop in the truck and we take a moment to look at the map. About a minute later, down the empty street comes a car flashing its headlights at us. Cranky Old Man™ sits there in the middle of the street flashing his lights for a bit while sis and I look at each other wondering what the deal is. Then he pulls into the gas station/palace entrance and gets out of his car. Cranky Old Man™ begins motioning to us to leave, so I stick my head out to let him know we'll be gone in a minute. He's not interested in a conversation and continues with his arm waving tantrum. Mind you, the gas station/palace isn't open for business, there's no traffic on the street, and we were parked on the side of the street, not on gas station/palace property. Apparently the sight of two middle aged women sitting in a truck frightened Cranky Old Man™ so much that he decided he needed to call for backup. He theatrically pulls out his phone and places a call to what I can only imagine were his best goons to get us out of there, glaring at us the whole time. Needless to say, we decided the lunacy wasn't worth it, pulled up 20 feet so we weren't in front of the gas station/palace anymore, and shortly were on our way. Contrary to the listing, this is actually a shell station. I normally dont say anything when something is bothering me but this is getting ridiculous. If you go to this gas station in the morning, the same guy is there every time. He is the owner. every time you go in there he wants to give you a fist bump, but that's not why im here. I'm here, telling you not to go to this gas station, because 3 times now ive caught the guy adding charges to my card. This guy loves the "grocery tax" button. if you go here, check your receipt because 3 times ive caught him adding "grocery tax: $1.99" onto my credit card. if you call him out, he acts like it was a mistake, but this has happened 3 of the last 5 times ive gone in there. read more
