Who knows if you're actually getting what you paid for, since the indicators (that are supposed to light up and tell you the level that you're getting) don't light up, and no indicators come on telling you when each of the specific steps are taking place? Was the underside actually cleaned? I don't know, since I can't see under there. Were all those high-tech coatings actually applied? How would I know? I'm glad that employees Mark and Dan were there when I was, because they were able to give me the lowdown on the benefits of all the elements that are put on your car with the higher priced tier... They gave me good assurance that you are actually getting more protection to your car once it's cleaned, if you do that higher tier... But I wish it was spelled out more there in advance in the signage, before making the purchase. Yeah, Those 2 guys were super helpful, so I'm glad they were there... I just wish the signage was better and that the wash level indicator lights were working.
