We walked back, did some shopping and picked up our car keys on the way out. Vitamin supplements, water, wine and a battery charger were our main focus today (you can't get a battery charger and your tires rotated at Publix haha). We looked at meat, but just didn't find anything today. We went to the self checkout and were assisted by a very friendly young man who offered to help us. Sure! He scanned everything and all we had to do was pay. Easy peasy.

Second that I wanted to understand why I was going to pay extra for what was on a little piece of paper that she handed me right away I asked her what are these fees for? that's extra $49 this extra $39 that and I wanted to understand what is that for and why do I need it? Rather than explain that or take any time with me at all, she simply said And I quote " you can go somewhere else" Now I could understand if I was being rude or anything like that. I needed to know what I was being charged for and I don't think that's a crazy question when you're in a business. I did interrupt her lunchtime, But I was offered that time for an appointment I did not intentionally try to ruin her lunch. I was offered that time so I took that time. It worked for me as I work I noticed that's what happened she needed lunch. She was very unapproachable very unapologetic and very unhelpful. And now I did go through with COSTCO OPTICAL and I got my lenses. I got everything done but first impression was heck. Yes I'm could go somewhere else but NO, I also waited an hour to be here so no, I'm not going anywhere else now,and I'm sorry that you made an appointment at your lunchtime. I did not offer that appointment to myself. They offered that to me. Very disheartened It cost total $347. And I was treated like that. I will not be going back to get my glasses from this place in the future. I understand that they are separate from COSTCO. Please know that this is not COSTCO's fault. COSTCO is understaffed and could use some help. I understand that but that young lady was so rude so mad that she had to be at work. I don't know what was wrong with her but I will not be treated like that again. Just beware and bring your armor if you're going to make an appointment there Maki Eye Associates, PA When I got past the front desk, the rest of the visit was beautiful. The girls were so nice. After 20 MINUTES of sitting in the car wash she wouldn't give me my money back and wanted me to wait for her 'TO TAKE CARE OF HER CUSTOMERS' (I guess getting gas and a car wash I am not considered a customer?). After realizing the time I went back inside and told her I had to go to work she told me she isn't refunding my money to come back. I called her on the phone because I was so insulted about the way she treated me she said, " If you weren't in such a rush I would have come out after I took care of my customers." I told her I was in a rush because I spent 20 MINUTES IN HER CAR WASH and I was late for work and I AM A CUSTOMER. She proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and she isn't leaving her store to help me. I told her I wasn't coming back and have been going there for years. She said, "ok then don't." Extremely closed minded small person. I called my family, AND friends and told them about this experience and to avoid this establishment. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE.
