As I'm putting the nozzle into my car a worker from the gas station and an older lady come running out screaming, "Stop! Stop!". I'm thinking there's a fire or something.. Nope, the worker says, "I put her $20 on this pump accidentally." I say, "Well I already swiped my card but I didn't pump anything, I I guess I could cancel and move if you can't change her $20 to the correct pump?" He says, "No! You owe her 20 dollars!" The lady, who understood what I'd said, was already moving her car. So I get in my car to back up and the guy starts banging on my window, "You owe her $20, don't leave!" I said, "I didn't pump any gas! My tank is still on E and I'm backing up to that pump.". Now the guy is yelling at me to come in and "look at my machines! You owe her $20!". Ok, now I'm pissed, I say "Look at my tank, it's on E, I didn't pump any gas you stupid ass! You go look at your machines because you clearly don't know how to operate them." At this point I should have left but I'm running late so I start pumping gas and this idiot goes inside, they lady apologizes to me as she's finishing her $20. The idiot obviously realizes he was completely wrong but does he apologize for his mistakes and then accusing a paying customer of stealing? No he decides to mean mug me through the window until I finish filling up and still mean mugs me as I'm pulling out. Never going back.

I came to this location on Friday, 1/27/23. Used my credit card at Pump #5. After my card was…read moreapproved, I was going to grab the handle to pump gas and to my horror, I noticed that there was no pump for unleaded gas there. I tried to cancel the transaction at the pump but it kept telling me to put the pump back on the handle to which none was there. This was a big problem as anyone could come up to that pump and get diesel gas if they wanted. I had to inconveniently go inside the station to explain the issue and was told by the attendant Malik that he canceled it on his end but the light on the pump octane was still blinking indicating that the pump was ready to dispense gas. He told me "didn't you see that there wasn't a pump there?" to which i was offended of ever being asked that question as if it was my fault there was no pump there. I informed him that a sign should of been left to alert customers not to use that pump. I got his name and the manager's name in case there were any credit card charges I needed to dispute. I reminded him again that a sign needs to be displayed so that no other customer experiences what I did. I believe it fell on deaf's ears. Terrible customer service.
